Whoever is making drinks right now and putting caramel on EVERYTHING needs to stop. I’m not a fan of caramel as it overpowers everything but it really does not belong on a Berry White Mocha. Otherwise this place is great. Food is always good and the drinks are usually great. Not sure what the obsession with caramel is the last 5 times I’ve been there though.

Enjoy the coffee and bagels but frequently out of bagels by 10am. Today staff talked incessently ( delaying taking our order) and loudly ( so much so we couldn't enjoy a peaceful time).

I won’t recommend this place, it’s gone down to shits… it used to be amazing but now they have a bunch of workers that can’t make coffee or can’t get the order right!. If your employees can’t handle big orders you guys should just shut down. And I also don’t appreciate getting screamed at as well, it’s unprofessional and he should be fired or talked to about his attitude. Long story short don’t come here go to the small cabin instead! They are great and give you everything you need.

We went through the drive thru, got the wrong things. We get it, things happen. We went inside to just say we got the wrong drinks. We ended up getting the people's drinks that were behind us. There was one specific girl in there making the drinks at around noon, who gave us our "right" drinks but as she sat my campfire cooler down, she says, "here you go, wrong toppings but it's the right drink" ...I looked at her because she had white and milk chocolate on there. I just wanted white. She knew she made it wrong, AGAIN. Then she proceeds to say, "trust me, or don't " ...we've had never a problem at this Caribou before until this specific employee. Will be contacting the manager.

Awesome customer service! Better coffee and more options than Starbucks. Ordered online on the app to pick up at 8:30am, got there 10 mins early and they had it ready in seconds! Sensational scones and other delicious bakery items. 10/10 would recommend to grab coffee here!

If you want to have time to take a nap while you wait for your coffee it’s a perfect spot. They are slower than watching paint dry. Rather than making your coffee, they sit and chat about how their night went. It’s pathetic. I’d go to the other one the Cabin Caribou, they are quick and do what they are suppose to.

I ordered a sausage, egg biscut.
It was nice n hot, but when i opened it and was going to take a bite, i saw a long hair sticking out of it.
Think they need to wear hairnets!
I wont be ordering that again!
Stick to just coffee.

I did not receive my scone with my order, so I called to let them know someone would be there to pick it up and you can't even understand what the employee is saying because the phone cuts out. (I even used a landline the 2nd time I tried calling.) Extremely frustrating!!
Update: Next day, I place the same order and received a cold scone. Thanks.
