It would be ideal for management to have 3 people on duty in the mornings. Stood at the counter for 15 min waiting for someone to help me as I was ignored at the front counter because drive thru was so busy.

The Caribou crew is amazing. They remember my complicated drink order before I have a chance to say it. It's a great place to sit and hammer through homework or paperwork. It's also a relaxing place to catch up with friends over a hot cup of your favorite beverage.

Just went through the drive through a couple minutes ago. I would say they were decently busy and the the man taking orders energy was unmatched. Super cool, super friendly, honestly wanted to make this guy my friend. Didn’t catch his name but he has two forearm tattoos which he showed me when I asked. Also put “be goofy” on my bag idk if he reads peoples energy but he matched mine and added sprinkles. This is an awesome employee and needs to not only be recognized but needs to go forth in the company if he hasn’t already. 5 stars brother good job! Made my day.

Linda is always so polite and professional. Today, there were 6 cars ahead of me, and I spent less than 5 minutes in the drive-thru. Drinks are always made right, and everyone is always pleasant. The lobby is always clean, comfortable, and has fun decorations! Bathrooms were clean. They even have a cozy fireplace and outside seating for when the westher is nice!

Fall 2022 update: middle of the day on veterans day. There was a few people here, but not too packed. Still great service, atmosphere, and yumminess.

Stopped in on a Saturday morning at around 10am. I ordered a mocha and a caramel apple drink. Drinks were delicious. The service aspect is where my issues lie. They were busy and with online orders, to go orders, and stay in orders. We as customers had to ask to confirm whose order was whose. Names on orders would help to rectify these issues.
