The coffee and bagels are great. The staff is friendly. But almost every time i order at the drive thru they get my order wrong some how, usually a drink is wrong. They always are very apologetic and correct it, but the amount of times it is wrong (4 of the last 5 times) means it's not a fluke, it's a pattern.

I'm giving them 2 stars because this place used to be awesome, but has been in a steady rate of decline as of late. Cold sandwiches, incorrect orders, and coffee that tastes burnt. Ended up throwing my entire order away the last time. Will not be back. Hope that they can figure out their issues.

Love their product but the drive thru today 11/11.. took 17 minutes from when I ordered till when I got my order.... then they gave me the wrong coffee. Then argued and said this is how we make a caramel high rise. The reason I ordered a traditional caramel macchiato the way I did was because that is the way YOUR associates told me you make it. I order it almost every day now. Come on... now I’m late to work.

So this is my third time ordering the Farmhouse sandwich and it has been COLD every time. One of the times I took the time to go back in there with my friend to get new sandwiches because hers was cold too, and they made us new sandwiches. But I don't think we should have to do that. I don't have time for you to have to re-do the sandwich OVER and OVER and OVER again. I took a break after the second time and thought maybe I would give them a last chance this morning. I said this morning if the sandwich is cold when I go to eat it, then I won't be coming back. And guess what? It was and I WON'T!!!

Came here for a quick bite and asked for the cheddar and turkey sausage add avacoado and tomato spread, I got a cold turkey sausage and swiss bagel with nothig else on it. This was within 1 minute after ordering so I presume they had it made already and it had been sitting a while, but speed or friendliness wasn't an issue. The facility was clean and they were not that busy at all plus the cashier was very patient as I hadn't been in before and I wasn't sure what to order. Our coffee order was made properly but I brought the sandwich back up and told them I requested avacado and tomato spread with cheddar not Swiss. They took the same sandwich, and added cheddar a slice of tomato and avacado and didn't even cut the tomato or cheese. I didn't bring it back again because I was in a time crunch. I ended up with a cold sandwich that was difficult to eat. I will not be returning, this is an example of lazy kitchen staff and poor customer service, especially when it wasn't that busy.

I love the convenience of a coffee and bagel drive thru! No complaints at all. Delicious asiago bagels with plenty of cream cheese is my favorite with a caramel latte. Friendly service, good prices.

I love the bagels and whipped cream cheese here, but double check your to go orders as my hubby waited 10 minutes after he ordered did his 3 Asiago bagels with cream cheese on the side....abs came home with 2 plain and a cinnamon raisin..yucky! Sad morning 😢

Friendly staff, but the drinks are wrong or different nearly every time, even though I order the same thing. The ordering process is slow, because they have to punch in every detail about your drink every time instead of you just telling the person who makes it. I order the same thing nearly every time. Today, my "large" iced tea was handed to me 3/4 full, and my "iced" coffee drink was served hot. It took them so long to make the order wrong that I just accepted it rather than wait another 10 to 12 minutes for them to get it right. The staff are kind and welcoming, though. And, I've seen managers yelling at the staff to 'Come on and get it together people' when the drinks are made wrong. Not exactly professional management style. The new issue today is that they were short-staffed and wanted to take my order across the room from the drive-through cash register. That meant shouting my order 30 feet across the room over the noise of loud coffee machines. Not exactly my idea of a good time. I like the food and people here, but I can get a much more consistent order at Bruegger's or Panera on my way in to work.

Coffee cup was half full of foam....with barely any caramel flavoring. The sandwich was warm and good though. custom service was less than adequate. The guy kept asking for my phone number when I do not have the rewards and did not want to sign up.
