Caribou Coffee

I will start with the fact that I love their coffee and love their food, but the service at this location is abismal. It is very slow with no apologies for the wait. I've been here in the middle of the afternoon with no one in the drive-thru and only a couple cars in the parking lot and had to wait 10 minutes for a bagel with Nutella, bananas, and almonds on it.

Caribou used to be my go to but the past year or two they have had such terrible service I can’t stand going there anymore. On multiple occasions I have had to drive off without even ordering because the wait is ridiculous. I have even walked out of the store because I stood at the register for 3-5 minutes without being helped. Not sure if all of this is due to having the bagels part of it but it’s really disappointing.

Took me a few hello's then had to drive up to the window. No one had a headset on. They charged me right away for my bfast sandwich. Took another 10min sitting there. The car behind me drove off. They offered a free coffee not even a refund or a receipt. I'm assuming they didnt want me to do the review

A great place to study, work or just sit and chat. The service is very friendly and eager to make things right. A word of warning, during peak hours things can get backed up pretty badly, but the staff do everything in their power to make it right and even gave everyone waiting coupons for their wait.

The food and atmosphere were fantastic. Seemed a little strange that we couldn't find a list of what bagels were available. Also the menu didn't give specifics about the specialty sandwiches and the cashier wasn't able to tell us.

I came at a slow time during the middle of the day for a bagel and a coffee. The staff member running the register was not friendly and I witnessed him ignore other customers. In the back, I could hear the staff arguing about things not being completed. It sounded like everyone was fairly new on the team so where was management to make things like that are not happening?

Had their iced coffee and it was ok, more chocolate tasting and not much of coffee flavor. Sandwich was good.

Perfect combination of coffee drinks and bagel delights. The Bagel Lox is my favorite sandwich for lunch, and Einstein have a decent menu selection. A little noisy for a meeting spot, and they really need a more indicative sign (with the brand names more visible).

Love their coffee, but always have to wait forever! Today I waited for 20 minutes in the drive through with only 5 cars in front of me. I saw at least 5 cars just leave bc they were tired of waiting. No apologies from anyone.

I was hoping the speed of service was the result of opening a new store. Unfortunately, you can expect a 15+ minute wait every time in the drive thru. If i didnt have two kids in tow, going in is a reasonable option (albeit still slow). Coffe is good, but I'll return to starbucks :( they can turnnout food and beverage without ruining my commute time. Bummer
