Great bagels. I only wish the breakfast sandwiches were customizable. They are pre-made- so zero edits allowed.

We used to go to Einstein’s pre pandy(covid) a ton. The farm house sandwich was amazing and the bagels were incredible. Fast forward to today 6/19/21. I had no clue they switched to a fixed, non adjustable menu. I had a $23(ish) order. The service was excellent. The sandwiches are now obviously frozen and then microwaved to 1000 degrees. What a terrible turn for the worst.

So sad, I had fond memories of good food and now I can only think about garbage microwaved food that can’t hold a candle to McDonald’s, which is awful as is.

I know the pandy is forcing businesses to cut corners but this food is now un-edible. Sorry for the harsh review but this experience was so bad, I couldn’t not say something.

You cannot choose your bagel for any sandwich anymore. Like what? They said that they’re sandwiches cannot be substituted anymore. It’s not a substitution, it’s a choice to pick your bagel like you’ve always been able to do. Will not be back to Einstein’s because if I’m paying $7 for a bagel sandwich, I’m not going to just have a plain bagel.

I visited the drive-thru today, it took 35 minutes for me to get 1 bagel and 1 drink. There was no apology from the team members for the wait. This is not the first time I've had a long wait here but it will be the last time I go back. Food is okay, but definitely not worth the price or the wait. The parking lot is also really poorly designed so it was nearly impossible for me to leave the drive thru line once I joined if I had needed to be somewhere after at a specific time.

I asked for a smoked salmon sandwich. They wouldn't put less cream cheese on because they said the sandwiches are now prepackaged and nothing can be customized anymore. The bagel was stale. I asked for free water and they said no because of a nationwide plastic shortage but offered a paid for plastic bottle of water. Numerous cars in the drive through. I have no idea why people are tolerating this. They won't see me again.

No longer Einstein Bros. Bagels. Does Caribou Breakfast now and they are all pre-packaged and you are not able to custom order anything. Won't ever be back

This store looks new. Parking lot was in great condition. Inside was clean. Ian took my order he was very well versed in the product and made some great recommendations. The coffee was excellent as was the farmhouse bagel. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you for the amazing experience.

The sign on the building says it’s a combo Caribou and Einstein Bros. We tried to order Einstein stuff and they said they cannot customize any sandwiches as they are all pre-made. We ordered a couple of sandwiches, one of which was bad, and the other of which (lox bagel) literally had ice in it. Disappointing experience.

Went in with my girlfriend and got very basic orders: two black coffees and a blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese. It took literally 30 minutes for them to tell me that blueberry bagels were out. I was looking directly at the basket full of blueberry bagels but at this point I didn't care I just asked for a plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese. 10 minutes later they give me a chocolate chip bagel with plain cream cheese. That alone was enough for me to never return as I saw everyone around me having the same problem, insane wait times and incorrect orders. My girlfriend is a bit more generous and went back to give them a second try. She orders an iced coffee and gets a large caramel cooler with coffee instead. I don't understand how the employees are so improperly trained and mismanaged. I will never be returning to this location again.

My family and I have visited on multiple occasions, and our order has been incorrect almost every time. We usually get a dozen bagels and always specifically request them unsliced, but more often than not that request is ignored.

The times we've ordered sandwiches and coffee drinks haven't fared any better. This morning we ordered a dozen bagels, unsliced, and breakfast sandwiches. The bagels came sliced and one of the sandwiches was completely incorrect. When I brought this to the cashier's attention, she acted like it was my own fault for coming in on a busy Sunday morning.

We will not be returning.
