Caribou Coffee

I come to this location at the minimum once a week never had an issue, and then today went to get my usual large hot turtle mocha with milk chocolate. Now somehow ended up with a hot chocolate which I mind you I didn't know until I was already at work all the way on the other side of town. I pretty frustrated because I don't understand how you mess that up. I was a barista for years. They weren't busy this morning either so no excuses

Great selection. Great location and super convenient on my way to work. Love the bagels. The staff is friendly and service is usually fast as well. I don't recommend the bagel bites as they are quite expensive and not as tasty as a regular bagel.

This place is awesome! My wife and I have had Einstein bagels in Chicago but have never seen a combo with Caribou. The owner came around to check on how everything was. Great place for coffee and breakfast sandwiches, try the farmhouse

Hit or miss service at this location. I used to eat at Einsteins Bagels when I lived elsewhere weekly and loved their coffee as well. However, EBs now only serve Caribou coffee and changed a lot of their menu over the years. Good place for a bagel or if you need a fix of Caribou Coffee.

Ordered a hot chocolate. Received coffee. They fixed it, but it was extremely hot and burnt my tongue and the roof of my mouth. It was not very well mixed and tasted mostly like milk, not chocolate.
The bagels were toasted, which is great, except that they burnt the toppings. Also, a very expensive breakfast. I will not be returning.

I've recently discovered the gluten-free egg souffle at Caribou, which is fantastic!

Less fantastic: This has to be one of the slowest drive-throughs in the state in the morning. And FYI, this location is invaded most Saturday mornings during good weather by car collectors. Don't try ordering ahead, and the drive-through is at a complete stand-still during these sessions. It's a complete waste of time to try to go there. I couldn't get anywhere near it this morning. Infuriating.

The store claims to open at 5:00 AM, but we pulled up at 5:05 AM because we dropped my parents off at the airport. We waited to see when they would open because it was getting rediculous. At 5:18 a man an women pull in and go inside and the stores lights were still not on by 5:35. I’ve had their bagels and coffee before and they are good, but the people working there need to get there in time and open when it says they are suppose to be open.

It's awesome great food flavor and choice of menu items

The parking lot is way too small. The engineers did not take in to account the line of drive through customers when designing the layout of the parking stalls. In most cases, when there are cars in the drive through, you cannot exit the parking lot comfortably.

The bagel sandwich I bought was decent.

Great food. Nice employees. Almost always busy takes a long time to get food during peak times. Order accuracy is why I only give 3 stars. I have a simple order and it's correct maybe 60% of the time.
