Krispy Kreme

This is a decent donut store. You can get so many different donuts that are made freshly here. You can get some coffee to have with your donuts. The prices are reasonable. I like watching the machine bring out newly made donuts so you know they are freshly made. It isn't my favorite donut store but it is good. The staff seems nice here.

Website says open 24hrs and open sigh is on but still no service? it’s 2am with no one in the line, and had to wait at the drive through for at least ten minutes. I get you probably ready to get off and go home but you can’t spare, what less than five minutes of your time?

I ordered 2 dozen GREEN donuts today and asked the girl if they had the GREEN ones and she said YES! and this is what i got!!!! my daughter was so looking forward to these and now she's going to be crushed

Had my kid ready to go inside and get some hot doughnuts. Even had the doughnut he wanted in mind ready to pick out but when we got to the door it was locket at 930 when the sign on the door said closes at 10 and the hot and ready light was on but the drive thru was still open. When I got to the speaker to order they tell me the only doughnuts I can order is a dozen regular glazed doughnuts. When I asked why they tell me they threw out the others. Apparently before they even closed sometime before 930 pm 🤔. Won't make the 30 min trip here ever again. Can't waste my high priced gas on trashed doughnuts

Never open on time. Last Sunday I went by it was 0645. Doors locked and drive through had cones blocking it. Came by today at 0630 and it was the same thing. Just a shame.

There's poor to no service at night. I work at Providence hospital and when I off, I sometimes like to take my coworkers some donuts or when I'm working sometimes my family members would like to bring donuts to us. It is rare that you get donuts after 11 because the staff is usually at their vehicle s doing anythng except work . I just left Krispy Kreme at 1203 and a young lady told me they were temporary closed. I asked when will yall reopen and she replied at 1. I'm over it because if I go back at 1, they probably will still be temporary closed. A donuts just ain't worth all that trouble.

Everytime I've come to krispy kreme on Hillcrest in Mobile, al they are never open when the signs say they're open. Every day I come by at 530 am and wait for them to open at 6 but they don't open doors till 615 am to 630 am even when customers are lined up outside waiting. When they finally do let people in they are very rude by ignoring customers requests. And tonight my son and I came by and they have 30 cars in drive trough waiting at 830 pm. They have the dinning room locked and won't acknowledge customers at the door when the store hours sign says dinning open till 10 pm. There is a young black girl and a young white girl with olive green hoodie on, and a heavy set white guy in a black hat and red shirt playing on his phone in the store playing around laughing and pointing at customers in drive through. This is very unprofessional. Krispy kreem lost a lot of business tonight including mine! Only reason they got 1 star is cause I can't give a zero

The guy in the window this morning could use some manners and be more polite and respectful and awnser questions instead of bein quiet and another employee was out side supposed to be sweeping around but has a phone to their ears surprised they even have stars at all because the service was horrible and doughnuts were over priced

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Pull up to the drive thru at 10 (they don’t close until 11). Three separate employees walked out the back door complaining that there was a line. The drive thru line is now backed up all the way around the building. Every customer ahead of us, then including us, we’re informed at the window that they threw out the leftovers at 9:45 and they were not making anymore. They were “short staffed” all while there was 5 employees standing at the window to explain that they were closing early. Super disappointed in the attitudes and experience.
