Kristy Kreme Doughnuts 🍩 need to teach some of their workers that are working drive up better customer service training!!! I should not have to repeat my order 3 times in order for you to get it right and don’t rush me with my order especially if you don’t know if I’m ordering something along with my doughnuts 🍩! This takes the cake I ordered doughnuts 🍩 along with coffee ☕️ after repeating my order three times I pull up to window to get my order lady gives me my order. I say “excuse me may I have some creamer please “. Lady say’s “we don’t have any creamer we are out”, it’s 9:30am I know I wasn’t the only person by 9:30am had ordered coffee ☕️ the worker say , “we have milk 🥛” ! If I wanted milk 🥛 I would have asked for it instead of creamer! When ordering coffee let the customer know rather you have creamer! No creamer No Coffee ☕️ for me !!!!

We ordered chocolate cream filled donuts through drive thru tonight and I made sure to use that wording.. “chocolate cream filled” so the order wouldn’t be messed up. She repeated the order back to me and said “cream filled”. I corrected her and said “chocolate cream filled” and all she said was “yeah I got it.” I got to the window and she again repeated it as “cream filled.” I had to correct her again by saying “chocolate cream filled” and all she said was “yeah I got it” yet again. We drive off assuming since she said “she has it” twice that we wouldn’t have to check the order before driving off. Turns out once we got home, we discover CREAM FILLED DONUTS. This chick had curly blonde hair. Someone needs to open up the inside of both cream filled and chocolate cream filled and show her the difference because she DOES NOT KNOW! I know they’re just donuts and it’s not the end of the world, but it was for my child’s birthday and she specifically wanted chocolate cream filled. We never get donuts and just wanted this to be a birthday treat.

Over priced and the doughnuts were physically smaller this trip. Very rude server.

If the employees would work and not walk off and also tell customers to wait their turn it would be great.

Staff are always unprofessional. At times only cash payments are accepted plus only original glazed will be available. The last few times I've been it has not been good service. Due to my order being wrong and the staff horse playing while trying to get my order out. Will not be returning to this location. I'll just make the trip to Baldwin County for krispy kreme.

Edit to add:
I went back, ordered a dozen. Got the donuts and drove home without looking in the box. Should have looked because they gave me someone else’s order. Not a single donut I ordered was in the box. This place has gone downhill so bad!! Very sad since Krispy Kreme really does have the best donuts but it’s clear the owners do not care about this location anymore.

Asked for 6 HOT and 6 mixed. Got no hot but 12 2 or 3 day old hard as a rock donuts

Nothing beats the excitement of eating fresh hot donuts off the belt! My best Krispy Kreme location.

Always love their doughnuts. The Valentine's day dozen was amazing.

The doughnuts were hot and buttery, just melt in your mouth.

Love that they give students a free doughnut per A on their report card, what an awesome incentive for our students!!!!
