Krispy Kreme

Horrible, lies about hours evenwhen they just changed it the lobby hours donr close till 10pm and they closed it an hour early. I had a pick up that's it and the line was so wrapped it's interrupting traffic. Any Other time I just have to deal with bad attitudes, employees coughing, standing and doing nothing, or just ignore me and go to another customer, its pitiful

The glazed donuts were good and warm, but the chocolate sprinkled donuts were cold. Ordered a frozen vanilla caramel mocha (which was on the menu), and the cashier looked at me like I was crazy. Gave me an iced coffee. It was good, but it wasn’t what I asked for.

You drive thru the drive thru wait time 15 minutes. No problem We all love KK BUT YOU Get To The Order Screen and THEY HAVE NO GLAZED DONUTS!! What do you sell! DONUTS! This is my 3rd time to drive here and be told. No DONUTS. I Will Not Be Back.

It’s Sunday at 7:19 pm on march 26, 2023, and I just left this location. It was slammed packed with the line out the door and 40 cars in line. We went inside to wait in line and as I wait for 30 min, I see the blonde worker snap chatting by the drive thru line (she’s not wearing a uniform???) then there’s another blonde girl that takes a bite out of a donut, then they laugh about putting it back in the box for a customer. There was a brunette girl that was solely working the register while the boys in the back packed boxes. Shame on the manager and shame on the owners for leaving this establishment in the hands of 16 year olds without supervision. Half the staff wasn’t wearing uniforms, they all had the most miserable faces on. The drink cooler was melted and wasn’t stocked. The place was a mess & I don’t blame the girls for not doing their job… why would they when they have no supervision? This place needs to step it up 100% but at least the donuts were good.

I have loved Krispy Kreme doughnuts since
I was a kid! I remember back in the 70's there was only one...the now Diary Queen on Govt St. Fast forward, yeah I know everything has gone up, but part of that increase is greed. By numbers, it cost less than 50 cent (bulk price) to produce one dozen of original glazed doughnuts - box included, yet they charge over $15! I literally hate Dunkin Donuts! If I am going to eat junk food like a "donut" don't bake it the night before and sit them out all day! But anyway...when I found out the actual price per doughnut it literally made me ill to think they charge so much now! What ever happened to the $5 boxes! Krispy Kreme I HATE YOU BECAUSE I LOVE YOU SO MUCH! REAL TALK!

I have been here MULTIPLE times during hours that they were supposed to be open and they weren’t. It’s always a different excuse…. “Our computers are down”…. “No one showed up this morning to work” etc!!!

At 0634I PULL UP TO TYE DRIVE THRU BECAUSE THE LIGHT IS ONNN!!!!!!!.after sitting at the order menu for about 5 min a young RUDE MAN COMES TO THE BACk door no greeting no nothing and just yells “WE OPEN AT 7”? I told him that the open sign is on , he goes on to say it’s on the door with the nastiest attitude possible. Mind you while driving to the drive through a worker was entering the same door the young man came out of and never once stated that they wasn’t open yet. Get better attitudes when working with the public, and don’t have your open light on when you’re not

The donuts are delicious but the service is horrible!!! Lines wrapped around the building and long lines in the building! The drive thru isn’t moving at all. The people on the inside know nothing about speed and efficiency.

The chocolate covered doughnuts with sprinkles was pitiful.... looks like they are rationing chocolate and sprinkles.... plus custard filled doughnuts literally had about 1/5 of a spoon of custard... first time going to Krispy Kreme in almost 10 years.... looks like we won't be going back for a while if ever...
