Krispy Kreme

How can Krispy Kreme be out of regular glazed doughnuts at 4:30 in the afternoon. If you're running low, start making more doughnuts!

There’s one lady at this Krispy Kreme with really short hair that constantly ruins my experience here. She refuses to listen, fills up out box with donuts we don’t ask for, and then gets upset when she’s corrected. Then she’s extremely rude afterwards and will be petty with customers after us.

Very quick and super helpful. The employees were amazing. Accidentally mixed up my order so they gave me my missing donuts free and were super wonderful about it. Made a three hour trip just to get these because there isn't a Krispy Kreme anywhere near me. Will definitely be making this trip again. Absolutely worth it.

They say their indoor hours begin at 6:00am but sure enough this morning all their doors were locked at 6:15am and only let one customer in due to special circumstances? Really? Is that how you treat all of your customers? Your line was ridiculously long for the amount of people working this morning so that’s why people decide to come inside but sure enough - doors were locked. Learn consistency with your operating hours.

Have you changed something in your recipe? I have this horrible after taste in my mouth😔

Ordered doughnut holes from my app they didn't have any when I showed up, but was given a dozen glazed to substitute

Hot and fresh donuts! We exchanged beads for doughnuts today. Great thing Krispy Kreme is doing with Augusta Evans School.

I went to krisby kreme this morning around 12:00 and was told they were temporarily closed, and the lady said they should be serving some more soon. So i waited 40 minutes and the lady saud they are temporarily closed again.i came back around 200 waited at the drive thru no one even came to the speaker, i mean if the equipment isnt working just say so, because there was people clearing in the place standing there idle. I mean really krisby kreme june 23 2022

Tried to call for days, sent a complaint through the website, as I received not 1 but 3 spoiled chocolate milks, still waiting a week later to hear back! You can't call, it says sorry no one is available to take your call!

Just left Krispy Kreme Donuts shop and the staff made me wait like 50 minutes to an hour on hold just so she could get on the speaker and say they only have glazed donuts and they were very rude and disrespectful with their response back to me when I asked was they hot donuts. They really need to have a talk with their staff about customer service and how to talk to customers on the speaker and in person. Because they customer service is terrible!
