Krispy Kreme

This is the best Krispy Kreme I have been to in years!

To be honest, my husband and I tend to avoid most Krispy Kreme locations after issues with bad orders, poor quality service, or just plain bad donuts over the years. So, when my MIL suggested we go to this Krispy Kreme for a late night snack, I was a bit hesitant. However, this location was incredible!

They were fast and accurate with our orders. The hot chocolate was excellent. (Instead of only tasting like Nestle packets like I have had at some locations.) The donuts tasted fresh, and the hot glazed were completely amazing.

One of the ladies even took the time to tell me how beautiful my family was -- which was incredibly sweet and meant a lot.

We will definitely be back!

My daughter usually doesn't eat doughnuts but she loved the hot fresh ones.

Just went to Krispy Kreme on Hillcrest Road in Mobile, Al to get the special for today, April 19 and the service was horrible. I was told the Oreo doughnut was not available and could see it on the tray and even another customer said it was available. We left the store without making a purchase. The person waiting on us was not very professional.

The donuts were good as usual, but I didn't get them hot & that's when they're the best!

Krispy Kreme has the best donuts. You can go inside or drive up. Very fresh and soft.

Floors needed mopping. No hot doughnuts, machine was down. Small bugs flying around in glass case. Won’t be back here.

HORRIBLE late night experience! I NEVER get loyalty points so I thought I would start paying through the app. I was told they can’t do that on the register that’s open and they aren’t going to open another one. I asked if she could throw in a couple of extra donuts for the inconvenience. She said if I buy more she will give me a small discount. What a waste of a late night snack attack.

The best doughnuts EVER! They just seem to melt in your mouth. It's impossible to eat just one. There's always a line, but they do get you on your way very quickly. Staff was so friendly and nice.

If I could put a zero I would the ice coffee had no flavor was watered down . The doughnuts were hard as a rock and old will not be back very disappointed

I waited 3 hours in drive thru line tonight to only get half my order correct and that was the original glazed. My second order was mixed but had 6 strawberry glazed which I didn't order. I ordered 6 raspberry filled 3 chocolate with sprinkles and 3 chocolate iced. Please for the love of all that's good and tasty.....DONT BE LIKE McDONALDS
