Stopped by for a quick desert reward and we went to the right spot. Plenty of inventory to choose from, clean interior, quick service, and it wasn't too crowded inside. Drive thru seemed stacked but that's to be expected.

Love being able to see the donuts being prepared in the back. And I didn't realize there was shirts and other swag to buy. Kinda cool!

Best doughnuts ❣️I have been coming to this location since 1970. I absolutely love these doughnuts. I usually order the original glaze doughnut or the glazed raspberry doughnut. Krispy Kreme need to train the staff on customer service. Krispy Kreme has a delicious doughnut to satisfy everyone taste buds. Located on Virginia Beach Boulevard near Virginia Beach Town Center.

I usually order a dozen donuts when I go to Krispy Kreme. Im only giving 4 stars because its a hit and miss here. Sometimes they have items on stock and sometimes they do. With the donuts also, half the time its not warmed up which is one of the main reasons why I like to come here. Overall though, I cant complain, goodies here are still delicious.

Its delicious as always. We went when they were making the green St Patricks day doughnuts. So tasty and my granddaughter loved watching the process.

Donuts are great! My family and I love them! The customer service not so much. Especially the girl named Indiya, she gave us an attitude and rolled her eyes at us after we said “we’re ready to order”. Employees need more training with customer service because it’s something they can’t deliver.

My experience here was absolutely disgraceful. It was basically just a bunch of teenagers standing around doing nothing. I was in there with a friend, and it took about 30 minutes just to get two milkshakes and a dozen pre-made donuts. We were the only customers there. On top of that, there were 3 people at once making one milkshake. These workers obviously need to be trained better, or have a better manager. I really did expect better.

One of my favorite places to go. My kids love the doughnuts and i love there cold brew.

Krispy Kreme hardly ever fails me. We wanted some donuts, so decided to go by the other night. The line was a bit long, but it moved rather quickly. The cashier was nice and we got the donuts we wanted.

I placed a mobile order around 3:00 P.M. for iced coffees and doughnuts and went inside to pick it up. My doughnuts were ready and I was waiting patiently for the drinks. It was clean inside and the two employees working in the front were nice.

I tried two of my delicious fluffy treats!
One was the new Biscoff withe the cream cheese frosting. It was super delicious! I love cookie butter and I was not disappointed. The other was a Cinnamon Sugar and it too was super delicious. They were both soft and fresh. My Daughter enjoyed her delicious treats as well including the iced Mocha.

Getting very small donuts and the ones that are supposed to be filled aren't. They say there's something wrong with the machine. If they fix both issues I'll be back..the donuts are delicious otherwise.
