Krispy Kreme

I visited this store last night to obtain donuts after a fundraiser and saw an older lady in the back on the right side of the store. She was moving a red bag covered cart with donuts in it. As I continued to watch her looking suspicious she put her head down and used her gloves to grab her cup. She touched her straw, drank out of her cup and then proceeded to text on her phone all with her gloves on!!!!!! Then after seeing me, she moved to the corner!!!!!!!! DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!! Unsanitary and I will never be going back…..🤮

Krispy Kreme is Buggy and serving our 6-legged friends as well as our human friends. I went to Krispy Kreme with my husband and son on Sunday, 11 OCT 2020 to purchase a couple of dozen donuts. While standing in line waiting my turn and trying to decide which tasty treats I wanted I spotted a bee flying around in the case and walking on the donuts. I tried getting the attention of the guy behind the counter. After calling out to him several times as well as another customer in line he looked at us as if we were annoying him. I pointed out the bee to him. He acted as if he could not see it so now other customers are pointing it out to him. Still acting annoyed he ignored the bee and continued doing what he was doing. At that point, my husband drew my attention to a roach or water bug on the floor. It startled me so I jumped. The customers behind us saw this and left the store saying no way are buying donuts from a place that has 1. Bees and 2. roaches. As soon as they left my son points out a fly in the same donut case as the bee. Two other customers also saw the fly and decided to leave the store. At this point the guy that I was trying to inform about the bee is now asking me what I wanted. I asked him if he was concerned that there is a bee and a fly in the case and there was also a roach on the floor. Still looking at me annoyed...he said nothing for a moment and then repeated what do you want. I guess that meant he was not concerned.

I'm giving this store a rating of 1, because of unsanitary practices. 0n 02/25/2025, we ordered 2 dozen of hot glazed doughnuts. The girl on the register proceeded to go fulfill the order. The problem was she had gloves which she took previous payments with, touched her long fashion lashes with, then started picking up the doughnuts with and placed then in the box. They have plastic utensils to pick the doughnuts up. When it was brought to the attention of someone and they spoke to her about it, she gave us attitude through her facial expressions. The doughnuts were good as they usually are. The unsanitary practices and attitude need to be addressed.

Great variety but missing some from other stores.

Wow, such delicious donuts! We stopped here because my daughter wanted to visit a Krispy Kreme. We don't have them back in NYC. This was our first time and I'm glad we came in. We ordered a dozen to take back home with us...um, um, yummy! Really good.

One of my favorite donut shops. Just about holiday decorative donuts are released, my family and I always pay a visit. Our favorite is normally Valentine's themed donuts or Easter. It's one of my main go-to's for a dessert after dinner and may requiring rewarming at home.

Despite what the website says and what the signs at the store say, the Drive Thru does not open earlier than the store at 5:00. Based on the employee who held up six fingers rather than coming to talk to me at 5:45, I took that to mean the drive thru also didn’t open until 6:00.

Simply the best! We will always drive the distance! Eventhough there is a Chesapeake location (we tried it!) this Aragona Krispy Kreme location never disappoints!

Best doughnuts in town! The young man was extremely helpful and courteous .

The dount shop is topnotch and is just the best donuts you will find in the world . The creaminess of the glaze just melts on the tongue and the donut is just softer than a pillow. When they combine it is like heaven in your mouth. KRISPY CREAM IS THE BEST DONUT PLACE IN THE WORLD. KRISPY CREAM IS THE GOAT THE GOAT THE GREATEST OF ALL TIME 🐐🐐🐐
