Young lady at working counter was disconnected. Maybe she was having a bad day but either way the service was terrible. My milkshake tasted terrible too. Never had a bad experience here before

One of best donut places around. When they made a small mistake on the order, they corrected right away and gave me free donuts.

I have been buying donuts here for 55 years. They’ve just become slightly smaller, but still taste WONDERFUL

The doughnuts were not as good as I remember. For $2.25 for a small not-as-good-as-remembered doughnut, I'll go to 7-11 next time.

I picked up a dozen pink frosted sprinkled doughnuts this morning, i preordered those, the gentelman was nice giving them to me! And then
The Red Haired lady in ponytail and hat, had helped me get one more doughnut for my daughter, because she would cry if i didnt get her one. The lady was very sweet, she had served me before a while back, and she was just as nice as I remember! Thank you kind lady, you made my experience here most memorable and happy!!

We had our birthday free dozen, the light on the street was broken on one side for hot donuts, please turn on the light on the app when cooking......Had 2 on the way home, fat 💊 keep you fat ☕😂👍

I came into Krispy Kreme today for the pumpkin spice donut event. The only reason I'm giving a 4 star review instead of a 5 is because of the call I made prior to going to the store. I knew this was a big promotion and I went later in the day. I wanted to make sure before I drove out that there were still pumpkin spice donuts available. So I called the store and briefly spoke to someone named Tony. I say briefly because after he said hi all I asked was if there were anymore pumpkin spice donuts available and he promptly hung up on me. Even though I found this extremely rude I decided to try the store anyway. From this point on I had a much better experience. The store wasn't packed, it was very clean, and the sales associates were so nice! There was one man at the front counter in general who turned my experience around. I didn't catch his name but he was a younger man with long braids pulled back under his hat. He was very friendly and gave great customer service. And to top it off the donuts were delicious! Definitely glad I decided to stop by and change my negative opinion and will be back again.

Nothing better than a hot, fresh glazed donut! The other ones just leave a lot to be desired.

Love that they give kids doughnuts for As on their report cards. The doughnuts are always dangerously good.
