The person assisting us was not very nice. Kept getting the order wrong and didn't want to accept the coupon correctly. When I asked that it be re-rung properly he threw our donuts at the counter before stomping off to get the managers key. Definitely need some manners and training for the drive thru window personnel. Other than that the food was fabulous...

The hot light was on, the drive-thru service was speedy and the staff was pleasant! The doughnuts were hot, however they didn't quite taste like I remember. They were good, but just seemed to be missing something.

Terrible ! Customer service is non existent… I’m sorry for 3 people to try and work a coffee machine … and still not work it out ?!! … but perfectly happy to drink and eat their snacks while working … wow !

They have become like McDonalds. Their machine for hot chocolate is always “broken”. One time, we heard the girl in the back say “oh we already cleaned the machine” and the guy at the front told us sorry the machine is “broken”. I could understand if this was 30 minutes before closing but it wasn't. It never is. Stop being so lazy.

I ordered 6 chocolate covered, cream filled doughnuts, I received 6 ordinary doughnuts with slight amount of of glaze for $9.75.
I was at the window and had announced the 6 Chocolate covered, cream filled doughnuts, again. I received the 6 ordinary doughnuts with a slight bit of glaze on the bottom. Needless to say I will forever now check the food at the window.
I paid full price for the chocolate covered, cream filled and did not even get close to what I had ordered, 4 times when I was there.
So I would say my order sucked.
