Krispy Kreme

We love their donuts, but not this time. The ones we ordered were stale and tasteless. The large coffee I ordered was the size of a medium. Will not visit again.

The new donut maker is so much better than the last one. Some donuts didn't taste right but I heard there was a new donut maker and decided to give it another shot. Finally! They taste amazing!

We pulled up eager to use our COVID-19 card to score some free donuts. They were closed and only open for pre orders. The lady saw us and came to the door to ask if she could help us. She then proceeded to tell us to wait so she could help us. She went out of her way to make someone else's day. Super amazing is all I can say. Make sure to visit this location.

Tasty donuts, especially when the Hot Light is on. They seem to support a lot of fundraisers in the community which encourages me to support them. Just picked up 2 dozen for $12 for their New Year 2021 special !!!

Hot and fresh, good service

A warm classic glazed donut. There is nothing better in the world.

The donuts are always good but the service is not. I’ve had to wait 22 minutes just to pay because the cashier can’t run the register correctly. They called a manager up because two employees couldn’t get it to work because the finger scan for an override quit working. All the employees kept saying “why did she open this register when it doesn’t work right and the other one does?” The manager went back to her officer before verifying that the register would work again. So we had to wait until she came back up again. Customers were walking out because it took three people and 22 minutes just to get the register fixed after the first employee messed it up. I didn’t even use my reward coupon because we were all afraid that the register would freeze up. I filled out the survey using the code on the receipt. I have a detailed explanation. I received a case number and an email that said my issue had been resolved and the case was closed. Interesting since no one ever contacted me.

Thoroughly upset that Krispy Kreme’s became such tightwads that they no longer give out fresh donuts when the light is on. Sad to see yet another huge business more worried about penny pinching than providing happiness and tradition to loyal customers. Guess that will just be another story for my kids instead of an experience.☹️

Love the donuts, but my last visit was terrible. Drive through was closed and the service inside was horrible. Waited 15 minutes to get waited on with only 2 people in front of me. Their orders weren't that large which only added to my frustration. Maybe next time service will be as good as the donuts!

Wait was kind longer than I expected. And they were out of receipt paper but I had a coupon to save some money! Great place for fresh donuts.
