This has to be one of the most poorly run KK out there. I have never had an order come out right. Tonight I ordered 4 og hot and ready and one iced coffee for two people and the amount was 19.00, they heard 4 dozen. They then proceeded to tell me the doughnuts were hot, they were not. The doughnuts were also small as if they were under proofed and under fried. This meant the end result was way off the KK standard. I'll just skip this outlet.

I’m not sure I’ve ever had a BAD Krispy Kreme donut before. When they just come off the line they are the worlds BEST donut (sorry Dunkin Ds).
My absolute favorite is glazed with chocolate. They are to DIE for!!!!!

My grandmother bought some home the other day. She lives within 5 miles of the Krispy Kreme and they were cold when she got home. The hot light was on. I didn't see where they tasted any different than 7/11 or other places. I thought they were too sweet and tasted like grease.

The staff at this location always seems ill prepared for their task. Today checking out seemed inordinately difficult. At one point it seemed to take four employees to help one person complete their order. To make matters worse they had no decaf coffee prepared even though it's 7 at night. The only bonus was that during this visit, the hot and ready Donuts sign resulted in an actual hot and ready donut. That one glorious donut accounts for the second star.

Terrible. I ordered at 9:48 because I work nearby. It was suppose to be done @10:03 and I've been standing here for 15 minutes, inside, and my order isn't even ready till 10:15am

Quality of donuts are good I guess, but I kept getting disrupted when this one employee kept smiling at me. A distinctive feature was his mustache, honest to god creeped me out and felt very uncomfortable at this place when he kept looking at me, I will never come back here again until this is addressed very bad experience
