Krispy Kreme

Went for a caffeinated freeze drink but there was a mistake and I was giving a iced latte instead. Willing to just except the iced to prevent the drive thru back up but the nice young lady insisted on correcting the order. Very polite customer service. I don't go often due to watching my weight but if and when I treat myself I will return. Thank you for great customer service!!

I dont understand about having the hot and ready sign on and getting cold donuts. The drive thru lady who has gotten my order wrong before got annoyed with me today bc she gave me the wrong order again. I love Krispy Kreme but will avoid when this certain worker who always seems annoyed.

Not impressed. There on a Monday. My creme filled donut wasn't fresh and coffee wasn't good. Won't go back.

It took three employees about 10 mins to deal with a disgruntled customer leaving everyone else to stand there. Several people saw this and left, as there looked to be enough employees to open a second POS that was available. Very disappointing. It was also not acknowledged that we waited or were inconvinienced, no apology nothing for our wait. Incredibly unprofessional environment.

Wasn't too bad the drink I ordered was sweeter than expected and my donuts weren't as fresh but nice employees. We had somewhat of a long wait for our 3 items but at least staff acknowledged the fact were very professional

The cashier was not so personable, none of the rest of the staff would make eye contact with myself or my 2year old who was enjoying watching them make what seemed to be a extra large school order. I felt rushed and as if i were in her way and when asked if they had a paper hat for my child it seemed like a problem. We always enjoy their treats but last night when i got to enjoy one once we got home it was hard as if they had been there all day even though the light outside was lit up, as i thought that meant fresh ones.

Great Service today! Selection of donuts was awesome compared to previous trip. Only bad review I'll give is for the coffee. It was terrible. No flavor at all. Tasted watered down. My son add a caramel iced coffee and could not taste any caramel. Look forward to coming back next year when we visit!

Took some "newbies" here when the light was on! Pretty sure it changed their lives!

I dont often rate this low but we had 5 minuets waiting then the people behind us honking the horn the employee rushed us, and they didnt even get the order right. 5 tines we asked can you make sure that is a dozen. He said yes every time. But at the window he gave us 3 doughnuts total. Not fantastic service. I do hop they improve but we will never get back my sisters first krispy creme experience.
