Kneaders Bakery & Cafe

At Kneaders Cafe it doesn't matter if I'm ordering a pastry, a cookie, bread pudding, a chocolate Dome, a slice of cake, a pie, a sandwich, soup, a salad or even a smoothie. I have enjoyed everything I've ordered at every single Kneaders I have been at over the years. This Kneaders was the first one in our area and is the one I visited as a college student. have enjoyed coming here every single time that I've come here, whether it's been to treat myself after going to some sort of medical appointment or to meet friends I haven't seen for years. It's such a great Cafe and they give such good service. I just remembered, their chunky Cinnamon French toast is out of this world! I don't even need syrup!

The food was delicious. The eople were professional and friendly. The bathrooms were old and not very clean. They need to be redone and kept up. It made me question the cleanliness of the kitchen etc.

I am really impressed with their customer service. This is how businesses should be managed. Hazel was top notch and very kind. Because of how Hazel treated me today I will continue bringing my business to Kneaders! Thank you Hazel and thank you Kneaders !

It really makes me sad. I love Kneaders, and I am a very loyal customer but out of all the locations in the area, this one always has the worst customer service and they are always running out of things. Whenever I order and ask questions, I usually get short, impatient responses from the workers, usually saying that they have run out of something I’d like to order…And they seem to be upset with me for not knowing that that they’ve run out…. You can tell that most of them just don’t want to be there. I really hope that the atmosphere of this location gets better, but for now I will just head to other locations.

The service experience wasn't what we have come to expect from other Kneaders locations. The food was fine but we had to wait a long time at the drive thru and then they didn't give us a receipt.

Also, we ordered a cheese melt but they were out of sourdough bread. It was the middle of the day so it seems odd that they would be out of bread already. The substitute bread was fine but still disappointing.

I love Kneader’s. The food is delicious. However at this particular location the customer experience deserves this 2 star rating. I called to ask a question and after some confusion about ordering, the employee hung up on me without any explanation. I then ordered online for curbside pick up only to find there is no parking for curbside pick up. I ended up having to go inside because I was scared of calling due to my bad phone experience. When I was in the store, I did not receive any welcome, and stood not knowing what to do for about 10 minutes until I finally got my food. I did not feel very welcome as a customer. I have worked in stressful and busy work environments before, and this type of environment does not give anyone the right to neglect the friendly service to the customer. It reflects poorly on the company.

I love Kneaders smoothies and salads. And I understand that it takes time to make them. I have 30 minutes for lunch and it takes a while to get back to my work and usually the drive thru takes a long time so I ordered in advance my food so that I wouldn’t have to wait very long when I got there. I ended up waiting 30 minutes just to get my food. Since it takes about 10 minutes to get back to work, I ended up being late and wasn’t even able to eat my food. I’m usually pretty understanding that things take time but since I ordered in advance, 30 minutes is a long time to wait. It probably would’ve been faster if I went through the drive thru

They're supposed to close at 9:00 but here it is 8:15 and there's a closed sign on the door, cones in the Drive-Thru and employees chatting inside. I guess I can't pick up my mobile order after all.

First time trying their cinnamon bun and what a disappointment, it was not warmed, that’s the least they could have done and it was hard and dry 👎🏼
