First time to Utah, we stopped stop get a sandwich on our way down to Moab. It’s located in an outdoor mall area. You could imagine my surprise when I walked into this adorable cafe. I had the chicken salad croissant which came with a side salad. The dressing was so good that I checked to see the brand name. Of course it was their Kneaders brand. My husband had the club on sour dough. We chose the eclair for dessert.

I used to visit this location a lot. One day, my Dave's BLT was dryer than dry. Apon inspection, the sauce was a pencil thick line. Over the next few visits, i either get the smallest amount of sauce, or if i ask for extra sauce, it probably could have filled above halfway of a kids' drink cup... the last time my wife finally talked me into giving them a chance, it was perfect (this was like 3 or 4 days ago), so today, i was happy to get my sandwich. My wife places the order explains in a polite way that the sandwich artist/ cook really kinda sucks at thier jobs so please follow the job help aids and put the currect amount of sauce. . So attached is the sandwich requested with extra sauce.. and to top it off, the tomato still has its core in it... (The manager was polite, and we have a credit for another sandwich. However, it is my opinion that a blind person who cared would do a better job than the cook I have encountered on my night time visits)

Food was good. Got the French toast. However the person that brought our food was not friendly and practically threw the food on the table. The French toast is all you can eat, but since there are no waiters I had to go ask for it. Despite having no waiters they still wanted a tip. There was also a lot of yelling out names when an order was ready rather than using numbers like most other restaurants.

I usually love this place but only for the food, the service hasn’t been that great all the time tho. I got a turkey bacon avocado sandwich this time through the drive through. I ate about 1/4 of my food and felt a gritty texture, there was sand/dirt in the lettuce. Enough where it was forming little balls of dirt. I took a better look and found a curly black hair (my hair is long, brown/blue/purple so definitely wasn’t mine) sitting on top of the bread. I took it back to the restaurant but had to wait 20 minutes for someone to help me, I’ve worked in an understaffed restaurant before in 2020-21 so I would’ve been understanding if that was the case. However there was another employee who seemed available, standing in the back area between the kitchen who could’ve helped me or the other employees with the pilling customers who also didn’t get service. I asked for a refund but the lady went to get my sandwich remade, when she walked back I offered my card to get refunded as well but she said they were remaking the food and that I couldn’t have both. I then told her like I did before I wanted a refund, not more food.

We showed up just before 11 the other day, hoping for a late brunch. We went through the drive thru and we're excited for some nice hot chocolate, croissants, and a few other items. The lady taking the order asked us if we wanted whipped cream, to which we said yes. Once we paid, a lady handed us the hot chocolate cup which felt like it was abnormally hot (like, literally boiling). There was no whipped cream in the cup, and our receipt said "NO WHIPPED CREAM" even though we had said yes. I pointed this out, thinking it was a simple error and we asked if we could get some for the hot chocolate. Not sure if it was a bad day for the lady or not, but she glared at us before waving us off saying "we don't have any so NO." It kinda threw me off. She started muttering to herself and acting as if wondering how we had the audacity to ask for it... we got the rest of our food before parking to eat it.

Raspberry croissant -- tasted, looked and felt like it had been sitting out for a few days. Very stale and disappointing.
Regular croissant -- we didn't get a sandwich one, but this one was cut in half like they stole it from a sandwich so that was odd. It didn't taste fresh at all, which was very sad!
Hot chocolate -- apart from being extremely hot, it was incredibly lumpy and very bitter. Very unlike any other hot chocolate we have gotten at the other kneader locations.

All in all, we were extremely disappointed seeing as we love kneaders! We may give it a second try in the future, but for now, we will not be returning to this location. $30 down the drain for sub-par food that had been sitting out for hours on end.

We went to Kneaders in Spanish Fork the morning of Christmas Eve. There were so many people there having breakfast that we nearly didn't get a seat. I ordered the French Toast. The first order that was delivered to my table was cold. I wasn't impressed, so i flagged someone down and let them know. They brought me a new serving.

They apparently they don't have the the all-you-can-eat French toast anymore. My kids were disappointed in that. But two pieces of that giant fat slices of French Toast have always been enough for me. So I was fine with the change.

I will return for the French toast again, but I'll need to remind my kids that it is just a single serving, before we go.

Awesome dessert and breakfast spot! They have some of the best desserts around for a reasonable price. Even better is after 8pm Saturday you can score discounts. This Spanish Fork location is always professional with great service. Enjoy!

We came in near closing time and the two workers were in the middle of cleaning up. They were so polite and kind to stop what they were doing and fix our food for us. Then they were pleasant and polite while cleaning around our table while we ate. They never once gave us that glare that we were in the way while they were trying to clean up. Then, they even gave us some free pastries rather than throwing them away. Where does Kneaders find such awesome people!

Haha they have their new salads advertised but the only thing new is that they now make you pay $3 more than before if you want protein in it.

Today I ordered a bunch of food for our company lunch, when door dash delivered, they had forgotten a smoothie. When I called kneaders to explain, they had someone bring the smoothie right away with a complimentary Carmel apple. Everyone at kneaders was so friendly and went above and beyond to make it right. Thank you kneaders!
