I normally love Kneader's but this location is awful. The French toast was burnt, it was also super dry, and they gave half the amount of syrup which wasn't enough to really even taste the syrup. Then they tried to tell me the whipped cream and strawberries is extra! It's literally in the description and pictures of the dish!

We've only tried the French toast. It's pretty good, but it varies on the day. The place gets too packed and it's super loud and they don't have the capacity to clean the tables fast enough. Sometimes you just gotta sit at a dirty table.

If you enjoy drastically longer than usual wait times, rudevstaff, or even the refusal to be given your order... look no further!
This circuit of a restaurant has 0 customer service skills, will yell at you for asking if your order is ready, blatantly ignore your presence; When things go wrong such as them taking money from their doordasher, corporate does squat! Please enjoy this shi* show of a dining experience, it is going to be one you remember! For all the wrong reasons!

I was looking for something to give as gift. Sherron was very kind. She made great recommendations and helped address my specific requests. Thank you Kneaders!

I use to love Kneaders but recently the quality of the food is going down. I had ordered a cafe sandwich today and I ate the first half of the sandwich without a problem although there was only 1 tiny little tomato. But as soon as I bit into the second half I bit straight into a rock. Yeah a ROCK! It chipped my tooth and I will no longer be going to the SF kneaders.

We love Kneaders! Good food and people. Excited, we ordered food and drinks. We waited for about 20 minutes and they were busy. We understand the rush that they get so we waited patiently. After someone in our group was approached about the time they waited, she gave them our name too. As this individual came back and had her order, we hoped we would receive ours and be on our way. Another few minutes of being ignored by them my husband walked up to a blonde gentleman and asked for our order. I guess the ticket was lost and that individual (they, them pronouns) looked back at us and rolled his eyes. I reference this individual as they and then pronouns since they had a black jaw lined beard and great looking mascara. They were wearing a pink shirt with a dark zip up hoodie. When we received our order, the sandwich looked like it was dumped in the bag and the hot chai was about 2" inches below the rim. Overall, the food (even though messy) it was delicious. All staff was wonderful and caring except this one individual.

Loved this place!
My husband had the french toast and it was exquisite…. I had the greek omelette and it was wonderful too. The prices were very reasonable. We were driving through and very glad we stopped there. A must for anyone traveling thru.

I love Kneaders but I haven’t had a good experience with them lately. I have been there a couple of times during lunch and have waited at least a half hour each time. You are stuck in the drive through so there is no way to get out of line to go somewhere else. After waiting that long, they gave me the wrong order and this last time, my soup was cold and still frozen in places. This place is sadly going down hill.

Great place for breakfast or brunch, there is always a good bread or cookie waiting for you and your kids, I wish they had breakfast all day but hey maybe one day they will read my post and change this to a full day option. The prices vary depending on the sandwiches but the kids meals are at a good price.

Update 8 months after original review: DON'T BOTHER WITH THE SPANISH FORK LOCATION. I have loved the quality and service at the three Kneaders locations in Orem and Provo, so thought that maybe if I ordered through Door Dash, I could avoid the infuriating online ordering issues I had previously at the Spanish Fork location. Ordering was fine, of course it's was more expensive to get through Door Dash, but I was craving a nice sandwich and justified it to myself. My mistake. My sandwich was overloaded with sauce, had barely any turkey, barely any cucumbers, and some of the cucumbers were clearly old and browning. Lesson officially learned: Food quality at the Spanish Fork Kneaders is far below the other locations. I would have had a cheaper and more pleasant experience getting a turkey sandwich from Subway.
Original review: Good food, if overpriced. The problem is ordering online for pick up. I have ordered online at this location five times. All five times, I was given an expected time for the food to be ready. All five times, regardless of if I showed up right when I was supposed to or 20 minutes later, they did not start making my sandwich until AFTER I arrived and told them I was there. If nothing can be ordered ahead, that's fine. But why mislead me by letting me order ahead and showing a pickup time? On top of this, my order has been incorrect three of the five times I've gone here. Once they forgot an entire bowl of soup. They did give me a refund, but for the wrong item on my receipt. Two other times they did not make a sandwich per the customization I had ordered. Employees also seem to not care less about making people wait or giving them the wrong food; not even a quick apology was offered. I've given up trying to order here. If it were cheaper, the hassle might be worth it, but if I'm spending $10 on a sandwich, I'd like better customer service.
