Kneaders Bakery & Cafe

I ordered a sandwich and after 20 minutes they gave me 3 pieces of plain bread that were stuffed in the panini press and overcharged me. I've never had this kind of service and I have no idea how this could have happened.

I absolutely love the food at kneaders!! They are a lil bit pricy but sooo good especially their desserts!!!

Their stuff is usually good, there is always too much bread in proportion to other things, like this sandwich. Three of the thinnest slices isn't enough. Arbies does much better. If you love expensive bread, come here

I love Kneaders and go there frequently but tonight the service was awful. I completed an order online and got there right on time, sent the text to let them know I am there and got the response that they would be out with the food shortly. Some 10-15 minutes later, I walk in the store and there are 5-6 girls in the back chatting. I interrupted them to ask if my order was ready and they said it would be ready in a minute. They kept talking and a girl came up and asked me if I ordered sourdough which I did and she told me they don't have any left. I asked if she could update the order with the new total and was told yes. She added on two more bread-bowls but that still did not equate and then she told me that she didn't know how to fix the total. The sandwiches ordered were made wrong and I commented on it and no offer was made to fix them. I finally left 25 minutes after I first pulled up with the wrong total, items I had not ordered, items fixed wrong and missing items I had ordered. No apology was made for anything and the girls went right back to gossiping about their high school. Manager or the owner really need to address this as that was way too long, too many mistakes and not enough people actually doing their.

Pricey but amazing food. Can’t remember the last time I spent $12 for a turkey sandwich. I guess I can think Biden for that. If you don’t care about your bank account this place is pretty legit. Their best deal is the all you can eat French toast.

Typically always great. Totally got my order wrong. I should've paid more attention. Food was awesome, service not so much!! Better luck next time.

It took over 1 hour to get our food, when I finally went up to the counter to see about our meal, it had been sitting there for 20 min. they said. The tables were dirty, not once we're they wiped off while we were there. The floors were covered with food. I will never go back to your store. My food didn't taste as good as it would have if we had gotten it on time. If you don't have the staff to work, then don't open that day.

I called in and placed a to go order. They told me that I would have to pay over the phone which I agreed was fine. She then tells me that their system wasn’t working and that she would go ahead and place the order and that I could just pay when I got there. I arrive and wait 45 MINUTES for 1 order of French toast!! After getting told several times that it won’t be much longer I finally said screw it and left. I called later because I was so upset that I waisted my whole morning standing there and still ended up leaving there without breakfast to be told that because payment wasn’t received over the phone that it NEVER WENT THROUGH!! I was lied to by multiple people at this location and I’m still waiting for a call back from the “manager.” What a joke!!!

Went to kneaders in Spanish fork I was craving their pumpkin bread with their cinnamony flavor. Bought two loaves and no more cinnamon flavor. They have changed their recipe for the pumpkin bread. This is one of the biggest mistakes you're going to make. The pumpkin bread used to be good.

We usually go to Kneaders to get a great meal. However, today was not that great. I understand busy but we waited a very long time to get our meals and the roast beef sandwich barely had any roast beef on it. The desserts were very good though. The restaurant needs to make sure they make a sandwich better than what I can make at home.
