Good coffee but they didn't have oatmeal ready and when we asked for a cup of tea thru said they could put some iced tea in the microwave for me...

This avocado is black, and the rest of the black gunk is on the tomato. That's pretty disgusting even by the standards of someone who always tries to get an extra day out of produce. My avocado was perfect in the salad, which means someone really just said screw your (not cheap at all) sandwich. I also had to go home and transfer the salad to a proper bowl to chop myself because everything was giant halves.

We stopped at the Spanish Fork, Utah location. The restaurant was incredibly dirty and the floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned or mopped for days. They only had one soup choice available and none of the staff seemed to know what they were doing so the one taking orders had to keep stopping to help them. Against our better judgement we still ordered. While we were waiting to pay one of the employee picked some to go bags up off the floor and put them back in the bin and then tried to use them to put our to go order in and was not happy when I asked for a bag that hadn't been on the floor. The food itself was marginally decent.

Kneaders is great but their Spanish Fork, Utah location misrepresents their closing time online (says they close at 10 online but when we got there before 9 pm they refused us service). The customer service was terrible as we waited in line for nearly 15-20 minutes at the drive through and when we finally got up to order, they refused to make any food for us besides a pastry or "small things that don't require grilling" - saying their grill was closed already because they closed at 9 pm. This was said repeatedly even though we were there before 9 and online says they don't close until 10. This also happened to the person behind us AND there were 4 cars stuck in the drive through line in front of us. We ended up having to reverse out of the drive through along with a couple other cars.
Basically - get better employees and make better choices.

Super unimpressed with our visit to the Spanish Fork location tonight. We got to the drive through at 8:35 (25 minutes before closing time). We tried to order soup but they told us they were out of soup for the night so we ordered sandwiches instead. When we pulled up to the window we sat there for about 10 minutes watching all the employees cleaning and preparing to close for the night. After finally receiving our food and returning home to eat, we found that we had one wrong sandwich (which my kids wouldn’t eat) and one sandwich that had about 3 tiny little pieces of turkey on it - more than half of the sandwich had no meat on it (just two pieces of bread smooshed together with some sauce and cheese in the middle).

UPDATE: I was contacted by Kneaders and they apologized for the poor service. I have revised the review to three stars to reflect that contact.

Took at least 20 minutes to get a cold sandwich. My wife was waiting up by the delivery window fort most of the time and asks several times what was taking so long. It was just bring prepared. 10 minutes later, when they finally brought it out, she said here you go, and then as she was walking away as an after thought she quietly said "sorry for the wait". Not even an offer of a free cookie or anything. Twenty minutes for a sandwich that they cut the bun and put the chicken salad on.

After this being our 3rd bad experience in the last few months we will not be back. Placed a curbside pick up order for 3:38. Waited 20 minutes and went in only to wait another 10 minutes for food. They were out of the lobster bisque soup that we ordered. Got our food home to realize they gave us the wrong drink. I can empathize with low staffing and difficult working times lately. However that's never been the problem, it is bad customer service, poor quality and food that is forgotten or tickets that are lost. Ridiculous and disappointing. We will take our business to Zupas for soups and salad from now on.

I waited a very long time in the drive thru. I waited to have someone respond to take the order. They were out of two kinds of bread. It took over 30 minutes to go through the drive thru to pick up my order, then I waited for it to be bagged up. No one seemed to know what to do. After I drove 8 blocks home, my quart of soup was cold, very cold. The salad greens were wilted and brown cores in the mix, it was not worth eating. There was one ounce of turkey at most on it. I won't be going back. For $42.00 I should have at least had hot soup.

I love kneaders! Especially their salads. Their raspberry nut salad is my favorite. I was a bit disappointed with this location because I ordered a fruit tart and asked twice that I get a fresh one. Its obvious this one has been sitting out for over 24 hours.

I'm honestly let down completely, I've been told a lot that kneeders was really good, I went at 3pm and waited 45 minutes to order and then they gave me the completely wrong thing. I'm not talking like a wrong topping, I ordered 2 eclairs a they gave me bread and soup. The employs paid me no mind and they never told me the total when I went through the drive through. I would not recommend this establishment in Spanish Fork utah.
