Visiting the area and stopped by for breakfast and drinks for 2. Ordered 2 drinks and 2 breakfast items and it was so incredibly slow there was only 1 car ahead in line and maybe 2 people inside. They were finally able to.get our drinks out but made us pull out of the drive through and park out front. My local beans and brews is so much faster and polite then this location. A year ago I had left much better review but today's visit changed that.

Dear business owner, don’t hire staff that act inconvenience when your customers show up to order your product.

I love it here I been coming to this springville location since they open. But today was the 4th time I order a large latte and get it half full liquid and half full of just coffe foam. I think no body should be paying for a large and getting literally a medium. It's not about the money it's the service. Fix that please, sincerely a loyal costumer

Terrible service from the staff! Every time I'm in Springville I have to remind myself that the staff at this location is awful. I have not returned since the last time that I had an unpleasant experience with three of the staff members. Firstly, a staff didn't know how to put in my order so she had someone put it in (pretty sure I only asked for their eye opener). The next employee said it was in and that I was good. I left to the bathroom and after I came out, another employee approaches me and says "can I charge you again, she just deleted your order." As it turns out, the order had gone through and over the course of several days, I had to coordinate with my bank to ensure that I would get the original charge disputed and removed. After some time, it looks like the original charge was removed, but this error on the staff's end took me several days to resolve. In the past, when a Starbucks employee has made a wrongful charge error, they have either given you the item they charged you for and/or your original request without an additional charge. Please consider any Starbucks locations before you come to the Springville B&B. I have also had way better experiences at other B&B locations.

I had been here a few times after they first opened and wasn’t real impressed at the time (tried the Caramel Cielo and Cafe Mocha) so I haven’t been in a long time. I decided to give it another try last week, I tried an iced Americano with a little cream and SF Vanilla, I was surprised by how much I liked it so I went back a few days later and got the same thing but also with SF Irish Cream.... well today I thought I would try something new, saw the “Eye Opener” on the menu and wasn’t sure what it was so I asked (French Roast Brew w/ Espresso) and it sounded good so I tried it iced with a little cream, SF Vanilla & SF Caramel, and WOAH! I think I found a new favorite! The older I get the stronger flavor I like my coffee, and this is PERFECT! The employees are always super nice, they are fast, and price isn’t too bad. Plus I always have my dog and they are so sweet to give her a treat so she loves it too!!!! Would definitely recommend the Eye Opener if you like the stronger flavor!!

Went here a few times and the line is terrible and so is the customer service. There were 4 workers that day I went and I sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes and couldn't pull forward of back out due to other cars. When I got to the window they told me they were out of what I had ordered. They didn't bother to tell me that when I ordered it. So I sat in he drive thru for over 30 minutes for nothing. They also didn't apologize about the wait. I definitely will be getting my coffee elsewhere.

Had about 15 minutes extra before I needed to leave for work, so I went here. The guy ahead of me had a long order, which was fine, but I expected my drink to be done when I got to the window. When I got there, they asked if I had something else and I said no, so I had to wait more time for them to make it. When I got it, it tasted like they filled a cup with hot water and put coffee flavoring in it; it tasted like watered downed, burnt coffee with no caramel flavor. I’d be better driving the distance and going to other coffee shops in Spanish Fork.
**Update, the owners did reach out and give me a coupon to make up for the poor drink. Thank you Beans and Brew!

Tried this place for the first time tonight. We got their fruit smoothies and they were delicious. Customer services was great. Definitely will be making this our go to stop.

I had a really bad experience here. I placed an online order and got a notification that it was done. I had left to take my lunch break and when I arrived I walked in and waited at the pickup spot for a few minutes and kind of felt like I was being avoided. Eventually a guy who's cleaning comes up to me and asks if I had the online order I told them yes, he went on his headset and said the online order is here. Then after being told my order is done they just start making my order, the whole time I feel like I was being avoided. I ended up spending most of my lunch break waiting, and once I was handed my order they were very rude about it. I used to love this location but lately I have been getting bad service.

Don’t expect to pay the price from what is shown on the menu. The prices ring up differently once they take your order and charge your card.
