Beans & Brews Coffeehouse

This Beans & Brews is my favorite Beans (other than the one my fiance works at). I will go out of my way to this location because of how amazing they have been to me. Any time a drink isn't what I want, they are always happy to help and never make it a big deal. I always look forward to seeing McKenna on Monday and Tuesday mornings, they literally brighten up my day. I am having a really hard week and when I told them why, they paid for my order today out of the kindness of their heart which made me cry even more. McKenna has amazing things coming to them (whatever your pronouns are). Thank you guys so much for always looking out for me however you can. It means so much.

I love having Beans & Brews available as the better alternative to Starbucks. As far as I can tell they treat their staff well and lack the toxic and repressive culture that Starbucks has. However, the starting pay seems to be $16/hr which may work out for 16-18 year olds who are dependant on their parents, but is not sustainable for any one who are trying to be independent.

Genuinely loved the vibe here. Good coffee type vibes and friendly employees. It's a good place. I got an iced latte with caramel flavor.

How do you burn Iced Coffee? Iced Coffee is incredibly simple to make, but somehow this Beans & Brew location managed to make it taste vile. Won't be going back.

I have a dairy allergy, specified this when I ordered a coffee with almond milk. Got a couple of sips in and noticed it tasted like regular milk, itwas enough to make me lightheaded and cause a couple hives. Threw away the rest of the $5 coffee. Almost killed me, and even worse, they charged me for the almond milk.

I asked for a random drink with coffee in it and I wanted it hot. What I got was a Luke warm black coffee with Splenda. Morning shift lost a customer. Disgusting

Ordered a chai with espresso, and there was no espresso. They were messy with the lid, and it dripped all over my shirt.

Wonderful place to spend some time, or get it to go. Excellent coffee and customer service. Pastries looked good, but I was strong and only had a banana! Please stop by and support your local businesses as we get used to the new normal. Everyone seems to be shorthanded and overworked, I'm trying to be extra patient and appreciative, Won't You Join Me?

My frozen Mr Bs was great, but I ordered the drink to enjoy inside and there were flies EVERYWHERE that would not stop landing on me. Quite annoying.

The coffee was typical Beans & Brews deliciousness, and the staff were friendly, so no issues there.

However, the drive-thru was EXCEPTIONALLY slow. There were only two cars in front of us, yet it took about 15-20 minutes before we were able to get our post-IKEA coffee treat.

I don't live in the area, so I can't speak to the normalcy of the long wait times.
