A beautiful find and great addition to Springville. We ordered drinks, a chorizo breakfast burrito, and the chilaquiles. The drinks were some of the best I’ve had. The Mexican Mocha was 🔥🔥🔥 & the dirty chai was full of flavor.

The staff was friendly, informative, and welcoming! While we were there we met Tony the owner and roaster. His story was wonderful and we are fans of the brand who will be back again for more.

Definitely worth a stop and a visit 5/5!

We heard of this places $1 tacos and decided to give it a try. They were so good and we'll go going back. The asada tacos were my favorite and the asada nacho was also amazing. Definitely recommend.

Pueblo coffee on main is the best coffee shop in Springville. We were welcomed by Juan, he took our order and was extremely nice! David made the best green chilaquiles I’ve ever had. Tony hooked it up with an horchata latte. I’ve never had such amazing coffee, the flavor is just authentic! Also prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this place!

The food is FANTASTIC! The service is even better. Tony & his team is beyond welcoming. I haven’t done many reviews but this place is worth the 5 Star for sure. The Tamales & Nachos are a must try. The breakfast burritos are amazing & on weekends they have specialty surprise menu items. It makes it fun to go in & find out what’s new.

We heard about this spot because we need gluten free options. We went over there this morning and were greatly disappointed. My wife ordered "Avocado Toast" and when it finally came to our table it was one slice of gluten free bread with a few slices of Avocado but absolutely, and I do mean absolutely, nothing else.
The menu was pretty simple but I thought I'd try the breakfast burrito. I was told they couldn't do breakfast burritos because they didn't have any potatoes. So I ordered the burrito anyway without potatoes. Then we went to a table in the very cold eating area. It took a long time but the "Avocado Toast" finally arrived about fifteen to twenty minutes before my burrito arrived. My burrito finally arrived and it was eggs and sausage and nothing else. No salsa... Nada.
These are the low lights but suffice it to say that we won't be going back.

Really good service. They served street tacos and they were amazing. The owner is very polite and personable. I’ll be back.

Came upon this awesome shop by chance while out on a drive. We were blown away by the service. It was very quick and the owner was so nice. He even gave my husband a free Mexican Mocha to try which he loved! My kids had a chocolate muffin top and loved it. We will be back to try out some of the breakfast options that looked amazing.

Amazing. Excellent. Friendliest staff. Every kind of food they serve is fresh, and absolutely delicious. Their drinks are way better than certain big chain companies as well.

We had a great time getting breakfast and coffee here!! The caramel macchiato I ordered was perfect and I loved the breakfast burrito! The staff was super friendly and you could tell they really loved what they were doing. Will definitely be sending people here for a great coffee experience!

I had my 1st experience today with Pueblo coffee,
Let me be the first to say their horchata coffee is amazing.
I also had some chilaquiles that I definitely recommend.
I had an opportunity to talk to Juan, Tony and David. They had me laughing none stop.
Great family owned shop 🔥 🔥🔥🔥🔥
