We spent $20 bucks on this and two coffees.

What a terrible place to eat. They don’t actually have food. We ordered two croissants. They looked great on the pictures but you get a flat something without taste. I kindly brought that to the attention of the young lady working there. I told her that this is terrible and she answered with “I know, I’m sorry”.

The price is what gets me!! People of Lehi have no idea what actual food is.

This place deserves no business!

Coffee tastes horrible. This “croissant” sandwich looks and tasted sad. This place needs to reinvent itself and try again. I first tried Beans & Brews (this location to be exact) back in 2021 and wow, it was bad then and is still bad now.

very bad experience, the coffee spilts anywhere on the cups. And I order a medium size, when I back home turns out its not even filled up! Please train your staff in professional way!

UPDATE:
I gave this location another try, and they've definitely improved their service. The staff was a lot more friendly and accommodating. It's nice to come back here. Overall, this location is worth a shot.

I'm a fan of this location, yet the staff today...not so friendly. I guess I should stop tipping until I can get better service from them.

Paid for white mocha but gave me straight bland milk. I told the person at the counter and to which she said are going to re-do it and this time it’s even worse than the first time lol. Both times it’s def not anywhere close to mocha but just tasted like raw milk. If you don’t know how to make coffee, just simply don’t. One of the Staff members is friendly though.

Ordered a bacon egg and cheddar croissant, and a toasted everything bagel.

This is a smashed croissant that looks like someone sat on, and they didn't even take apart the bagel to toast it. They just tossed the whole bagel in the oven.

I am a regular customer, and disappointed.

A replacement or credit would be nice. The food is good, when it's prepared by someone who cares. Reading the reviews shows its a bunch of high school kids that don't care, and I can agree to that.

Nice, clean and welcoming! We went as a group of 4 people, each ordered and had 1 person pay. Seemed the wait was a few minutes longer than usual for your typical coffee, iced coffee or smoothie. The workers (2) apologized for the longish wait.... That's why 4 stars. Other than that great place! Super clean environment, great place to sit and visit with friends. Plenty of booths or tables. Side bar for added straws, napkins, water, ice etc.... Open on Sunday, open WiFi. The drinks we got we're tasty and worth the $$$ prices were from $3 to $7 depending on size and added extras etc... Great stop for a quick bite or coffee break. I can see why there been around for plenty of years! They know what they are doing and know how to do it, well!!

I absolutely LOVE the staff here. This location has become my go-to place after moving to Lehi from AF. I visit a few times a week and am always greeted with a smile and friendliness. The past two visits, I’ve received these kind notes on my orders! I cannot tell you how appreciated they’ve been. They’ve brightened my mornings and have absolutely made my week. The baristas here are fantastic and they are what keep me coming back.

I love this location! Everyone is always super friendly and helpful… Even when I bought my coffee originally at the Orem store, I went in to buy an extra shot for my espresso float at the Lehi store and they just gave it to me for free.

Sat down in dining room. Ordered a hot chocolate and a turkey panini sandwich. No one else was here. Window was a little busy. Got coco arrived first. It was not hot. Sandwich showed up in a sandwich bag and it was cold. It looked like it was thrown together by someone who could care less. The place looked nice but I won’t be back.
