This beans location is not the best. The staff are careless in making your drinks. With a chain there shouldn’t be such a difference in the drinks from one location to another. A Mr. B’s from this location taste nothing like others. Every drink I’ve gotten there is mostly milk, even when I add an extra shot. Iced coffee is not good. The pictures are my drink 4 minutes after they handed it to me. Barely cold with almost no ice. There is supposedly 4 shots in it but all you can taste is milk and lavender and it shouldn’t have any flavoring in it. They could do better making the drinks to order, in keeping with the Beans standard.

Quick service even when there’s a line. My drinks taste (consistently) good every time. My b meat frees are always yummy, this location rarely overcooks my sandwich when the other one does. The few times I’ve gone in instead of using the drive thru, the store and the bathroom has been clean. Big thanks to the staff for working here so this location can exist! I hope it sticks around.

I could not believe how awful my coffee tasted. Like really burnt and Super watery which it shouldnt have been since i ordered it with half and half instead of milk. Also I couldn't taste any of the flavoring I got in it. This isn't the first time I have not been happy with my coffee at this location. In fact it has been fairly consistently bad. The girl that helped me today was the sweetest though so i couldnt leave one star. I have usually always had a great customer service experience at this location. I hope you guys can sort out the issue with your drinks. I don't like to leave bad reviews but something needs to be said.

I asked to sample the brew and the girl had to ask and it took 2 minutes. Wow! I asked another girl for the WiFi password and she had to ask. Never got an answer. Still don't know if they offer it. But must important the coffee is over roasted... again, like so many chains. It's a cheap bean roasted to bitterness with the hope, I believe, that you will add on expensive sugar based additives. So if that's your thing stop on in. They do that as well as Starbucks, I suppose. I love good coffee and did not enjoy leaving this review.

I wouldn't recommend this coffee shop.

My husband walked over to this coffee shop from the hotel we are staying at, and ordered exactly what I wanted; which is the same thing I get everywhere. It's essentially their caramel macchiato, with oatmilk. And with extra ice, because many of the reviews state they don't put enough ice. Even with asking for extra ice there's barely any ice in this drink. The drink itself is... Weird. It has almost a fruityness to it? It's hard to describe. It's just weird. I'm not sure if it's their espresso, caramel, or oatmilk, or even if there was a little something in the cup before my drink was made, but there's just something that tastes off.

Loved it! Great prices. The chai and avocado toast were quick and tasty.

I agree with Mary the staff really doesn't seem to care. I ordered decaf Carmel Cielo less sweet. It was not less sweet. Husband ordered regular coffee with almond milk. Tasted like they had just cleaned the pot with some sort of chemical and it was Luke warm. I was so gross. We stopped at Starbucks and reordered everything. They might want to do some staff training because most BnB s are good.

i've never had a bad coffee here, and they're always super quick with getting drinks out. but the real reason i'm writing this is because the last couple times i've been here the sweet and cute baristas have complimented me and been just so nice, along with having a good coffee it really does brighten my day. there is no price you can put on a compliment, it means so much to me. i hope the managers of this place can let the baristas know how good of a job they do :)

This is for the Bluff St. location only! Weekday eve shift (Thurs. 6 PM, 2 younger female staff), forgot me (my order) at the drive thru window for 15 minutes, ignored me, laughed inside about it. I was the only customer… she handed me a messy, dripping coffee, lid fell off-coffee everywhere! She slammed the window in my face, and laughed again with co-worker. WTH!? I couldn’t believe it. The Mall Drive location has always been AMAZING!!

Love the vegan breakfast sandwich. Think of it often, lol. Vegan sausage & cheese plus an avocado spread on an English muffin.(great with sriracha!) Stoked to be able to get a fast vegan breakfast in southern Utah! Cold brew with oat milk is nice and dank too!
