Ordered 10 desserts for a dinner party (4 sugar cookies, 2 bread puddings, and 4 tarts) a turkey sandwich, and 2 smoothies. I paid at 1:30 and did not get my food until 2. The lady at the counter was nice but not fun since I had people waiting in the car for me.

Absolutely lovely atmosphere. I felt like I was eating breakfast in my grandma’s kitchen 👵🏻🥐 The food was excellent. I would highly recommend getting the Bacon-Egg-Cheese Croissant sandwich. The guy taking our order had really cool hair, too. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered the turkey bacon avocado sandwich and they had barely any turkey on it and avocado was old. Never had this happen before at this location. Pretty disappointed. Of course didn’t think to check before I left and noticed once I got home.

It has been a while since I went to Kneaders, now I remember why. This French toast was dry and uncuttable, even with a knife, pretty sure it was made with 2 day old bread. A side of bacon = 1 slice of bacon. The syrup was not syrup, it was so thick and gooey. The entire breakfast was disgusting and ended up in the trash… except the singe piece of bacon, that was yummy.

First I want to say that the food was great like usual at kneaders but the rest of the experience not so much. We go in a little before one Saturday before kneaders, and they we're doing a egg give away, my son gets an egg it says he gets a free Easter basket up to $40 value. Lady takes our order we complete our order at 1:07. Another lady comes out and says oh we aren't giving out the baskets because it is now after 1. And only gives us a Cookie, even though there is several baskets right there. I don't feel that was right. Other issues, no avocados because they we're not ripe, no breads on shelf to purchase, almost all desserts gone. And when we sit I hear them say they are now out of sourdough. When they bring out food there was a plate we did not order so I take it back to the desk, the next people in line that ordered they put that same random plate of food on the their table and they had to return it as well. The other thing is all employees seemed irritated and frazzled. It's a good thing I enjoy their food because this was not a great experience. But I do not think I will ever visit this location again.

**Edit***
Corporate was quick to respond and make situation right. I appreciate their quick response. That's what makes for a good company, taking care of their customers. So for that I will take it to three stars.

There was a line out the door and they had only one of the two casheiring stations open on a Saturday at 11. You may have been in their 30 minute line thinking you're gonna order breakfast. Wrong. It is shut down at 11. I ordered the Reuben panini. It was not great. And at their price? Horrible. The dressing had no tang. Little rye flavor in the bread. Of course, the raw onion they add overwhelms the Sauer kraut. Hint- to make that work, pickle the onions. It comes with a side of Parm chips. I asked if you can substitute them. The cashier said no. They elected to substitute with air. I'd complain, but the line and cranky staff makes that a bad idea. All in all? A waste of money and time.

Went in at 3:45 to pick up an online order then went through the drive thru (because I’ve picked it up that way before)and the lady told me I needed to pick it up inside with an attitude . My mom went in to pick it in to pick it up then went home to then find out my Turkey bacon Avocado sandwich didn’t have any Avocado and the salad didnt come with any cilantro dressing. I had to drive back again and asked the lady that my order was wrong and she gave me a look, instead of her helping me she asked this other guy. The guy was very understanding and he issued a refund which I was fine with just getting some a avocado on the slide and he also offered me a pastry. Before I left he forgot my dressing and I asked the lady if she ranch but then asked for the cilantro dressing she kept giving me and my mom an attitude looks.

So I think the food at Kneaders is pretty good. My "pretty good rating" is a 3 star. Meaning I didn't find anything wrong with it, but it wasn't good enough for me to crave anything there. Friend and I went and ordered salads and felt like the service was really slow. Took about 20-30 minutes to receive our food. I grew up on homemade bread and kneaders is good but not great in that way. Would I eat there again...sure. Am I itching to go back...no.

Couldn’t take a $50 bill. Half a veggie sandwich and a very small cup of soup $16.00. I feel completely ripped off.

We love the all you can eat French toast and today it was delicious! I wasn’t impressed with the employees mainly one of the managers. He very easily could have taken better care of us but in an effort to follow the rules he left a bitter taste in our mouth. I hope the service can improve
