Beans & Brews Coffeehouse

I went in this morning and had the most unpleasant experience with the girls working. I walked in and they barely look at me (which is fine if they’re busy with others, but no one was in there except me), I order and the girl seems so annoyed that she had to take my order and then when they gave me my food, they sound so annoyed having to call out what it is. I said thank you as I grabbed my stuff and got a rude and bored “yup” without even looking at me or saying bye or anything. The food was good. I thought it was weird how they left the burrito in the plastic/paper wrap that they buy them in but I don’t care. If I was their manager I would just want to know how they are treating their customers.

So, I had a few spare minutes and was craving coffee/tea with a little bit of food.

I saw this place on the side of the road, and decided to give it a chance.
It was very clean when I walked in, and I appreciate the customer service and how friendly they were.
I tried the "B-Cheesy" and really enjoyed it
My B&B chai was pretty good, but not as good as I was hoping... Nothing against this place, just wasn't what I was hoping for.

I always come here to work for a couple of hours. It's pretty quiet and the Wi-Fi is good. I love their hot chai and hot mochas. Yum!

Hailey and the crew at the Riverton Beans and Brews are so nice, and quick to get your order!! AND, if you ask nicely ....they will even customize your coffee to your taste. Don't be afraid to talk to your Barista.

Usually really good service and products from this location, but this morning it seemed like the crew didn’t want to be there, my coffee (which was $8) wasn’t even filled to the top. If I’m paying that much for something I feel like it should be filled to near the brim. And on top of that its a frozen drink but when I received it was so viscous it looked like it had been left out for 30-45 minutes.

If service continues to be like that I’ll take my business elsewhere, the one thing I look forward to in the morning to help wake up and set the mood for the day is my coffee, and I won’t pay that much for subpar service/product.

Friendly service and very efficient drive through. I recommend the cold brew or the lavender soda drink. Both are so good! Price is fair and the size is pretty surprising which is awesome. Beans and brews is a chain and this one first the model of the standards.

My least favorite location they are not friendly if you don’t tip you won’t get a sleeve or a stopper I have to ask every time and I have tipped and I have noticed that they do give you one when you do horrible customer service I’m coming to buy a seven dollar cup of coffee and I have to tip every time going through the drive-through

Love LOVE LOVE the coffee here! Local guide suggestion for me and I am super glad I checked it out. I'm from Ohio and a dedicated Tim Hortons coffee drinker, this place is very much comparable, at least for me, and that is saying a quite lot! I will be returning, thank you for the excellent service and absolutely amazing coffee!! Love my iced coffee!!

Good coffee, reliable fast service, always a solid go to choice

The slowest Beans and Brews I've ever been too. Literally a 30 minute wait for two coffees.
