It's much money as I spend there I shouldn't keep having issues like this. it's been four times that I've paid for extra bacon and they still charged me the full amount but never put extra bacon on my food. Most of the time I don't realize till I get home and it's not on there. You're basically stealing money from my pockets..... 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄 Make sure you check your food before you leave! Oh yeah, I even asked to speak with the manager and they made up an excuse 🤷🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️

I've been coming here for awhile now. Hailey is my favorite barista because she REMEMBERS ME & my drink of choice and asks if I want to add this or that, how's my day, etc. I only come in every other week or so, for those that are thinking I'm a daily regular. So, this is what I call exceptional.

I came up to the drive-thru having no idea what I would be ordering. The driver thru worker asked what I wanted and I told her I did not know, she told me to drive around and we could figure it out. I drove around to a very kind and attentive person named Hailee. She then asked me if I liked pomegranate, and I said yes she then went to work on a drink for me. BEST DRINK EVER! Hailee deserves a raise and recognition y'all! Thank you Hailee for my new favorite summer drink!

I've tried contacting Beans And Brews 3 times via the app and their email about an issue I had back in mid November where my reward cash was taken out of my account, but didn't pay for my drink and sandwich. The barista told me to contact corporate, and they'd get me back my $11.90, but I've never heard back. I'm really disappointed in this app, and even more disappointed in the company.

Great fast service and friendly employees

When I'm near this location, I always stop in. They have always treated me kindly, they're patient and knowledgeable and can suggest something that you'll enjoy. They brighten my day. Might I suggest a revolver. It has 6 shots of espresso and tastes great!

I've been to this Beans and Brews in Riverton twice and I don't particularly like them. It's their drinks primarily that I don't like. I got a frozen mocha the first time and a caramel creme frapp the second time. Both drinks were bland and rather tasteless. The cup sizes are good and the drive-thru employee is cheerful. But I don't like their drink recipes.

I went through the drive up and ordered a mocha drink. I noticed the taste was different. I let someone else try it. They told me they added cream. I didn't ask for cream. I also asked for extra shots, they didn't add them to my drink.

So sad

Coffee okay, but better at other locations. They seemed to just throw it together so quick it didn't taste like the one I get at West Jordan and South Jordan. Staff not friendly at all.

Can I just say these guys knew exactly what I wanted once I told them. They were all so nice and I got exactly what I wanted ! Vanilla/Carmel latte with extra caramel drizzle! Best coffee I’m a longtime! We have one a block away from work and the don’t get it!
