From the business
"Beans & Brews Coffee House has been around since 1993, when the Laramie family opened shop next to Salt Lake City’s beloved hangout, Liberty Park. The family refined the process of high-altitude roasting, which results in uniquely smooth coffee with intense flavor. Beans & Brews—or “Beans,” as friends call us for short—is now a staple around Utah and its friends, Idaho, Nevada and Arizona. Our guests are our reason for getting up in the morning. We love greeting regulars with their favorite drinks, made just the way they like ‘em. And we dig getting to know newcomers from all over the world and welcoming them to the Beans community. Stopped off at Beans and Brews and I got a sugar free Hazelnut Latte and my husband ordered a Coconut Latte. Both were delicious. Our server, Kendra, was friendly and fast at making our lattes. It also has a drive thru and large dine in area. I will definitely be back!

Stood in line inside for about five minutes before any of the four staff members even acknowledged us. Even then, we were not politely received and were told by one of the employees that “it would be another couple minutes before they could get to us.” The other three staff members completely ignored us all together. Then, we waited another five minutes being completely ignored and finally left.

Waited inside from 10am still here at 1115 am and havent gotten 3 coffees. Yet the drive through cars are waiting 5 min is all and getting there orders. This was absolutely an aweful experience to my favorite coffee place

Run by incompetent, clueless, grown men working in slow motion and they are proud of providing a bad service. Nobody knows what they are doing and takes them more than 15 mins to make one coffee per customer. I waited 30 mins for my coffee and had to request my money back.

Stopped by on a Sunday morning at 6:45 am with the opening hours being listed as 6:30am. Seems from previous reviews there is a ongoing issue of when this location is actually open.

Judging from these reviews, the employees were trying to get fired/get the store closed

Literally 0 stars. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How does it take a coffee shop 40 minutes to serve a cup of coffee....there were 8 of us cars in the drive through and it took the employees over 40 minutes to go through 6 of them. We’re number 8. Still in line. We had enough time for me to go inside the grocery store and buy some groceries and ice and then enough time after that for another one of us to walk back to the camp ground next door that we were staying at. And still hasn’t moved. We went inside and asked what was going on, and they said they were “slammed” which would be understandable if there weren’t about 7 employees in there. And the worst part is, once your in the drive through, YOU CANNOT GET OUT. Don't come here unless you’re trying to waste an hour of your time In a coffee drive though.

I’m a local who was super excited to get beans and brews in Bear Lake. The iced mocha is my go to. Unfortunately, majority of the time I either receive a blended drink or just plain chocolate milk. Today I received chocolate milk instead of a iced mocha. I would have gone back to get it replaced but really didn’t want to deal with the line. Writing this review to bring awareness and hoping some changes are made.

I don't know what it is, but not matter the location we have never had the best experience at B&B. First we ordered two everything bagels with cream cheese, and asked if they have everything bagels we were told that they have them in stock. When handed our order we received plain bagels and no knives to spread. When we asked about it they said I guess you were given what they had and closed the window without another word the entire order. There was no apology and asking if plain is oka to begin with. When we were here before this same weekend we waited 15-20 minutes for our two drinks and all we were told was they were busy, no apology, no empathy, and closed the window and avoided conversation. To think of it it was the same cashier twice in the AM. Poor customer service.
