Well, where to start… other than the fact I truly believe I would receive better service at a McDonald’s Drive thru at 2 am with one worker staffed than I could ever receive at this location.
The barista tried to argue with me as to why my sandwich was made incorrectly followed by one of the worst drinks ever made. I have a summer home here and have given this location at least 5 separate chances. I guess the one thing you guys can continue to do right at this location is absolutely provide a horrible experience with the most unorganized, rude staff.
Can someone from corporate get out there?!?! This store (staff) need some major help before they drag the brand into the ground.

Slowwwwww drive through. Fifteen minutes to serve literally four cars. Same story two days in a row, and it sounds like I'm not the only one. On day two, I ordered a latte and the barista asked, "did you want a coffee or a latte?" Ummmm, yes?
Staff needs to be better trained, and they probably.need to hire more. They aren't busy, they are just insanely slow.

Terrible service. Was trapped in line with other cars for 30 mins. Orders weren't taken. We had to bang on the drivethru window to get Takotas attention. Workers were standing around and didn't look like the knew their job. Takota had an attitude when answering the drivethru window and said that they had people in line inside also. We however didn't have the option to leave the line because we were trapped in the drivethru. I told Takota they should shut the drivethru down and she said they can't make the right decisions because they were a franchise. They would rather have poor customer service that do what is right. Didn't make much sense. I would stick with coffee and crepes or moose buns. What an extreme disappointment.

I understand being busy on a weekend morning, but waiting for 50 minutes in the drive thru for two beverages was not how I planned on spending my Sunday morning. There was maybe four or five vehicles ahead of us. I don’t know if they were understaffed or what.

Don’t come inside the store, I think you have to go through the drive-through to be helped. We were inside waiting and no one helped us, I approached the man with blue hair and he said: “I’m ready when you’re ready”, I started talking and he was saying something else… so he was talking with someone else through his headset, and he was not professional to say at least “give me a second and I will be right back with you”. Nothing! Then my friend came to see if he would buy something and same story again…
Is this people had ever got any training? Very unprofessional.
We just had to walk away…

Drinks are great, but get them to go! I had my office staff meet here for our weekly mtg & will likely not do it again. (Unless I’d like a demonstration in unprofessionalism and how not to conduct oneself in the workplace, especially in the presence of customers.) The employee Paige was obviously inconvenienced by having to take our order. When our order was called out I pointed out we were missing one and she argued with me. Then for a good portion of our visit we were forced to listen to her complain about scheduling to a coworker and treat another coworker horribly, speaking to her with an unnecessary harsh & raised voice. Atmosphere is terrible.

This place has a friendly staff but super slow service! They need to hire more help to accommodate the rush. We literally waited over 30 minutes at the drive thru. They are shorthanded and a manager or supervisor should always be present on busy days to step in and help out! This is unacceptable especially on vacation spots like Bear Lake! Please do what you can to change things around! This could be better!

Good morning
So yesterday while shopping at the market I ordered a coffee and not only did they not tell me it was done as I stood there but they forgot my cream and filled the cup to the tippy top. They had to remove it for me. So this morning at 6:00 AM being the only game I town I decided to give it another try.
Both my order and my husbands were mixed up and they put sugar in one cup that neither my husband or I use. I think more training is warranted. I could see if coffee was not there main item but it is

Absolutely outstanding service, the wait is incredibly fast, and the employees are just so kind and joyful. I 100% recommend coming here for all of your Beans and Brews needs, I promise they will not disappoint! All the bad reviews here must have been for a different Beans and Brews, or the review writers must have been blind. Just an awesome experience!

Waited for twenty minutes before I got my food. Several people who had gotten there ten minutes after got all FOUR of their drinks first. Waited another ten minutes for my drink while I ate my food. Never came and I had to hit the road. Come up with a better system or hire more staff. Will not be coming here again
