I’ve been hooked on Kneaders for a long time! The buy 5 get the 6th pastry free is a favorite. The pies and cakes are delectable! We love picking out bread (one for our house and one to giveaway). They have a fantastic program for giving back to the community via Knead for Dough fundraising. The food is soooooo good! Breakfast OR lunch menu are both winners! I highly recommend this location as well. They always do their best!

Great service, they are very kind and are considerate of all reasonable requests. They seem understaffed though. Make sure you get there before 11 if you want the all-you-can-eat French toast. The French toast is great.

First time at Kneaders in Logan. Will not be returning. Amelia, the cashier, was rude. We told her it was our first time and she rolled her eyes. When I asked what Kneaders sauce is, she rolled her eyes again. She failed to inform us before we ordered what breads they were out of before we ordered. The chicken noodle soup had no chicken and certainly is not homemade. The so-called gourmet hot chocolate was anything but. All the chocolate powder was at the bottom of the cup and I had to stir it into the hot water. Not impressed that the panini sandwiches are prepaid and cannot be changed. Half the bread on one of of my sandwich (focaccia) was basically missing. The sandwiches tasted ok but nothing special. The highlights was a sugar cookie and a brownie. Also, the air conditioning was blasting half the time we were there on Dec 22!

Great little place for soups and sandwiches. A little dark and chilly inside, but the staff was awesome. They ran out of cheese and broccoli but was able to substitute. The beef stew wasn't the greatest though. Next time I'll be getting the Mac n cheese sandwich and will most likely be giving a full 5 stars after that.

Five star food but restaurant was so cold. I will definitely go again for a good meal.

Loved it. Food was really good. We really enjoyed it. Even our picky toddler liked what he ate, which was a grilled cheese sandwich. Definitely recommend it. Only thing is that it is a bit pricey. So if you're on a budget keep in mind you might spend a little more than usual. Cuz you have to buy everything separately. They don't have like combos or anything like that. But they do have a kids meal and that does come like a combo, it includes the drink. But food is great. Love the coffee! Hot chocolate was really good but a bit too sweet for our pallet. And the staff was great, very accommodating which I truly appreciate.

I think that was my last time eating here. We’ve always enjoyed it over the years, but the last few times have been disappointing. They are always out items for their dishes. Tonight I had to ask for four different items on the menu before finding something they could serve. There were no cashews, almonds, or cranberry sauce. The soda machine was out of service and the dining area was full of cardboard boxes. Just not a great experience anymore.

2.5 stars. I typically like kneaders, but the last few visits to the Logan one have been pretty sad. Pastries are great, but the sandwich and salad were just not worth it. 11$ for a small sandwich that wasn't super impressive and was pretty dry. $11 for a salad with several pieces of rotten lettuce. I'm not horribly picky (I even eat Taco Bell) but this has happened several times and the price just isn't worth the food. Tomato soup was good though!!

I really wanted to enjoy my experience at Kneaders today, I generally do, but this afternoon was honestly *super* disappointing.

I placed my order online and arrived at the estimated pick up time. I stood in line for about 10 minutes (not the end of the world, it's lunch rush and mostly out of their control- though they could have been staffed better).

After finally being able to talk to someone at the counter, they let me know that they were unexpectedly out of the loaf I'd ordered. Some kind of advanced notice while placing my order would have been helpful? Gal helping me told me I could pick another loaf from the selection they had. Y'all... It was super sparse. They had like half of their usual options available and it's only 1:00PM. I politely asked for a refund and she discussed this with her manager before I was told they would refund me that afternoon for the loaf. Cool, all's well.

I take my other food and head home. I'm starving by now, I take a bite of my sandwich only to realize my turkey BLT is missing... Bacon. Are you kidding me? That's one of the four main ingredients and why I'm paying dang near $12 for a sandwich. I was very sad.

I want to be clear- I understand some of this is out of their control but a lot of it was just inattentive and sloppy service. Not at all like what I've come to expect from this cafe. Normally my family enjoys Kneaders. The food and service are usually satisfactory, but today they really let me down and I want to warn others- NEVER order online at Kneaders and always check your food to make sure they got everything! You shouldn't have to do this. :/

This location seemed to be out of many items that we wanted to order, but it was late in the day so that is probably the reason. We ordered the turkey bacon avocado sandwich and the turkey bacon avocado salad. Both were super yummy!
