I spent 5$ on a piece of cheese cake, and it was smaller than my will to make it through finals. Might as well spend the extra $3 and get a decent slice from Cheesecake Factory!

We stopped by for brunch while in the area. The restaurant is small but pretty clean. Staff was mostly friendly.
The food was pretty good. It took a little while to get our food.
If you’re looking for smoothies, pancakes, omelettes or French toast this is a decent place to visit.

I ordered online in their new app at 10:50am, got there at 11:10 (when the app told me the food would be ready). I waited in line and the people in line before me ordered, I showed them my order, it wasn’t ready. The guy behind me ordered. I sat down. Both the people in front of me and behind me got their food before me. My order wasn’t huge. It was just 3 sandwiches and 3 smoothies. They need to figure out how to balance the online orders with the people in the actual restaurant. Finally got my food 50 mins after I ordered.

I use to love this place. Now with the new owner there orders are so little. They gave me like 7 pieces of chips & 1 piece of bacon on my sandwich.
They also keep messing up my orders. This is the 4th time I've asked for something & they gave me something else.

I waited in the drive through for 20 minutes behind 2 other cars, which was whatever, I know they’re probably short staffed. When we finally got up there, waited another 10 minutes for the girl to take my card. Then a bit longer for the food. The food she gave me was someone else’s, so she took it back and I waited ANOTHER 10 minutes with my baby screaming in the backseat because we’d been there so long. I finally just asked them to refund me so I could leave. Then they wandered away somewhere for a few more minutes so I just left without food and probably without a refund. The car behind me backed out and left too. I love kneaders but I’m not going to be able to go here anymore.

Terrible. AC is broken in 100 degree weather. I get sometimes things break but its clear it has been broken for quite some time. A business like that should have funds set aside for that purpose. My Croissant literally crumbled to dust and was clearly not fresh. The sausage was slightly under cooked and the egg were very over cooked. Either the employees dont know what they are doing or they are dying from heat exhaustion because the AC is broken. The clerk was not pleasant at all and just kinda looked at us until we asked if it was our turn to order. And honestly i think he was the owner. I dont typically give bad reviews but this one was pretty bad. The second star was because i feel bad for the employees.

Every time I come they are out of their soups and it’s such a let down. I try to come early (12pm, 1pm) and they’re always out of their tomato and cheddar broccoli. They don’t seem to eager to take cash payment either. Definitely has gone down hill to say the least.

Not happy with this location. Paid almost $9 for a sandwich with very little meat & had to wait 45 min in the drive through. Ridiculous especially when you’re not cooking anything. Plz hire more help.

Lady at the register was extremely rude. Came in to get desserts, after 8:30 they are half off. I know this because I literally work at kneaders. She kept denying it and had a terrible attitude. To top it off the desserts were stale and gross

Terrible experience. Food was average. Asked one employee (in picture) if she had salt or pepper. She replied and told me she couldn't help me and I had to ask someone at the counter. Apparently she works for the "retail only" part of the store. She was rude, and sassy.
