Kneaders Bakery & Cafe

Employees weren't very happy or very eager to be helpful. The food was okay but cold and you could tell that it had been sitting around for a couple days. My smoothie was NOT blended and had chunks in it. Compared to all the other Kneaders I've visited, this was definitely the worst. If you're looking for an amazing Kneaders experience, I would go to a different location.

Love kneaders bakery they never disappoint (up to now) on what I order. I love the baggets and their juices. Great place to grab a quick bite and deserts. The only thing is their prices are a little high but it seems like everything is expensive nowadays.

We used to go to kneaders when we are alone with no kids and always have had a great experience, today besides the price being higher, the costumer service was the worse, the food wasn’t the best neither. I felt rushed and I was not provided with what I asked for. So disappointed, the more expensive breakfast I have paid for and straight to the garbage can. I ask for hot chocolate and the machine is broken.

While Kneaders has a fine selection of good to great breakfast, lunch, and cafe/bakery items, this location is laid out poorly, feels cramped, and can be uncomfortably close/noisy relative to the conversations of employees and other guests. Every time I have been to this location, the staff have been inattentive, inaccessible, or seemingly perturbed. If you want a much-better Kneaders experience, try the Riverwoods location (about a 10-minutes' drive north).

I have tried this location multiple times, I'm someone to give a place two tries, but the service is horrible. Glares, doors locked when they are open, and zero customer service. I will never be back to this location. Good thing I've been to other locations to know that this isn't the normal. If someone really wants kneaders, try the other Provo location in the Riverwoods.

This location is a terrible value. Always out of everything and they take forever in the drive thru. Husbands brownie was tiny and stale. It's annoying when you spend almost $10 and just get fed leftover junk.

They're so amazing and helpful! We accidentally got bread that was moldy and the owner apologized profusely and gladly reimbursed us before throwing the bad bread out. Otherwise their food is amazing and they're always so nice! Highly recommend going here! Great food and great people!

This is a contender for my favorite restaurant! I have left a review for this place before, but I feel like it needs an update. They recently changed the way they prepare their turkey for their sandwiches, or they use a different kind now. But it just isn't as good as it used to be. It has a kind of skin on it which is kind of a turn off for me. Their bread is as good as ever, and their Kneaders Sauce is divine. They use fresh ingredients, so I still recommend visiting, but maybe avoid the turkey. They have a delightful array of pastries and treats, so it's a great place to go for a celebration! I also love the their smoothies. It's a perfect place for brunch, and they also serve breakfast.

I love Kneaders but unfortunately this location is sooo sooo SLOW every time we have been (3 times) we wait 20-30 minutes in the drive threw! Even when there is only one car in front of us.

I love kneaders but this location is incredibly disappointing. I have been here multiple times and each and every time I go they are out of the first five things I try to order. This last time they were out of both sourdough bread and white bread, among other things. It’s always several several hours before closing that I go so I don’t know why they would be out of so many things. It’s poor customer service and I don’t know why management isn’t planning better. If you are running out every night, shouldn’t you order more??

Also my coconut cream pie was warm when served. Gross. And the cinnamon rolls are so stale I almost broke my plastic fork.

However, the staff is very friendly even when under pressure so that is appreciated. But yeah, plan better.
