Got some sandwiches here. Bread was very dry and we only got one bag of chips on the side instead of one for each sandwich. There was not a good variety of desserts and you could tell the staff didn't want to be there. Would def recommend you just go to the location at The Riverwoods.

just went there and made an order with some family. they messed up our sandwich and a soup. had to drive our way back to get the right stuff. ended up with sandwiches with almost NO meat on them. just vegetables. didn’t wanna have to drive back AGAIN. not to mention it was expensive.

Thank you for being open at 7 am, however…
We were very disappointed today with the food and the service. We ordered the chunky French toast that comes with a side of whipped cream, which honestly did not taste like pure whipped cream. When I asked the gentleman at the front desk if it was real whip cream he said yes that they make it right there. Somehow I don’t believe him.
The French toast was only so-so and the sausage egg and cheese croissant was unimpressive. We had to get up and ask for condiments.
Great customer service would’ve included a nice smile, or even any smile at all, but that was too much to ask for.
I hope management listens up, because there are plenty of other eateries around.

There’s really not anything wrong with this kneaders, but the Orem location on 2000 N is like 10x better, like it’s insane how different they are.

Kneaders as a chain in great but this location is lacking. I’ve come Multiple times only to find that most of the menu is unavailable and the food I do get is not well made. Super disappointing

The food always tastes great, but they always get our order wrong. We've been here four times and this is the final straw. Even when they aren't busy, they mess up the easiest things (like no egg on a breakfast croissant? Wth?). Never coming back.

This sorry excuse for a sandwich costs $8.69 (you'll have to see the picture). I ordered a Chicken Pesto sandwich but I'd get more chicken if I ordered a 4 pc. nuggets from McDonald's.

I've always enjoyed Kneaders, but the last several times I've come through the drive-thru here I've had issues. I've gotten someone else's order, I've had the right items on the receipt but not in the bag, I've had to wait for a really long time, etc. I wouldn't recommend the drive-thru here. Inside might be better.

My Mom loves their Tomato Basil soup and fruit smoothies that she says contain more fruit than dairy. This is her comfort food go to. She wasn't feeling well with her bronchitis, so I drove 45 miles to Orem to bring Mom her favorite comfort food lunch.

Ordered the artichoke soup and it was okay. It tastes like canned cream of mushroom soup. No artichokes or mushroom chunks. Also ordered the turkey avocado - minus the turkey and bacon, sandwich and it was so sad looking. There were only ingredients on half the sandwich and zero avocado and everything else was sparse. Like one piece of onion sparse. It looked like they pulled the bacon off the already made sandwich. I won't be ordering from here again.
