This location ROUTINELY runs out of menu items, replaces what you've ordered with other substitutions without telling you, and is filthy inside. I recommend you drive an extra 10 minutes to the other locations for a better experience. The cleanliness of the kitchen alone is reason enogh not to return.

Also, the app is seriously in need of an update. Maybe take a lesson from Panera on how to do it right?

Customer experience and satisfaction is low on the priority list here. Keep driving.

The French toast was fantastic! Not going to deny how good the French toast was😋. And the bacon was perfectly cooked and delicious.

However, the ventilation in the restaurant is horrendous! When I stepped into the restaurant I was over powered by the smell of the kitchen, not pleasant, but my guests were in a hurry and didn’t have time to find another restaurant so we determined to stay there and eat. We all came away from the restaurant smelling like the kitchen.
I had to go back to the hotel, shower and change clothes. My suit pants and dress shirt were totally spoiled! I have to take them to the dry cleaners now.

Online and in the drive thru recording it says it doesn’t close until 10pm, so I went to get food at 9:30 and they were completely closed and wouldn’t serve me. Please update your hours and don’t waste people’s time.

Their food is alright but the employees lately have been terrible. They messed up our order and when we tried to explain that we ordered the sandwich not the salad, we were told that we were wrong and we ordered the salad. Went today and was told the cinnamon rolls we ordered were from the day before and they weren't supposed to sell them to us, but they still would. When asked if we could have a discount then because they were old, they said no, because they weren't supposed to sell them to us. So you want us to pay full price for old cinnamon rolls? Really? Service has been awful. Will not be going back for a long while.

The food here is SO yummy and the desserts are delish! They will even give you a free cupcake on your birthday 😍 The problem is that the parking lot is small, the seating area is really small, and the place is always packed; most of the time it's hard to find somewhere to park and to sit. I really love their breakfast sandwiches, the croissants are so flaky and buttery and perfect and the eggs are delightful.

I love kneaders but this location is just horrible. Everytime I go through the drive through it takes a ridiculous amount of time. Today I arrived at the drive through at 10:30 am with only 3 cars in front of me. I somehow was stuck here waiting for my food until 10:57 when i finally got to the pay window. Then after waiting 30 minutes for only 3 ppl, they still somehow did not have my order ready and I was stuck waiting until 11:07 until they FINALLY gave me my single order of french toast. How is it possible for the drive through to take almost 40 minutes??? This is not the first time and its just completely unacceptable. I will be going to the riverwoods kneaders from now on.

Store appeared run down on its facade and drive thru was a bit slow, but the employyee at the drive thru was courteous. My order was correct and the sandwich tasted as expected and was as described on the menu.

The Provo store by the hospital has some real issues and I’m going to complain to the city. My son, who is in a wheelchair waited outside for 10 minutes and finally called me and I had to come from home to let him in! No employees are watching the door. This is ridiculous.
You need to have wheelchair entrance buttons!. Also once he got in there was no room for him to navigate and we had to move tables and chairs to get him in and then we got a dirty look from your staff as they came out and repositioned things with a huff and a very loud and disgusted sigh.
We will never be returning to the store and I am boycotting all of your stores until something is done about this.
I am an RN over at Utah Valley Hospital and our folks order out and come walk there all the time. I will be letting people now about this egregious oversight on the behalf of many of our patients and my family!

The place was rather busy because we visited just before Mother's day, and they were out of the chocolate domes that my wife and I wanted to get for my mother, but the staff were very nice, and even went to the back to get a carrot cake they had there, when we thought they were out of stock. My mother loved the treat, and their other products are delicious as well. It's a bit small, but has a great, friendly atmosphere. Definitely recommend it.
