The food was normal Kneader’s quality, but the service was not great. The man who took our order clearly didn’t want to be there. He was short with us, and made the experience uncomfortable. I don’t hold this against Kneader’s in general, but I’ve experienced poor service many times in this location.

I love Kneaders so I'm sad to leave this review! Recently they've been out of multiple things when I've gone in, especially soups. Additionally last time I ate there I got a veggie avocado sandwich and it was such a letdown. They put meat on it then took it off, but pieces of the chicken were still on the sandwich. I didn't know this until I was basically done with the sandwich. I'm vegetarian, and would say this, along with not many vegetarian options, makes this place not very vegetarian friendly (we are in Utah though...). I'm just glad I don't have a medical condition that requires me to not eat any meat. In addition, the sandwich only had avocado on half of it (didn't figure it out until I'd eaten that half), a couple tiny slices of tomatoes on both sides, and maybe two pieces of lettuce with mayo. Literally most boring sandwich. I've had it before from a different Kneaders and it was amazing. During this visit, employees were talking about their love lives VERY loud and it was just very distracting and unprofessional. I guess lesson I learned is go to the other Provo Kneaders!!! They are so much better in every way!

Waste of time. Literally doesn't matter if I come at 6pm or 2 in the afternoon they never have almond croissants and now they couldn't make smoothies either. I'll just drive to the one far away from me instead.

Worst meal, food was absolutely disgusting. I didn’t know that Kneaders company policy was to let the neighborhood dog chew up the food before putting it in boxes for its customers. Not only was the soup old, cold and tasting rotten the sandwich was made SO poorly and the bread was so dry it literally ruined the meal. I have also never had curdle pie, but that was quite the adventure. I think this is my worst food experience ever. It was beyond disgusting and I paid an arm and a leg. I would NEVER recommend this location. I threw all of the food away and just made something at home after spending so much money. Such a freaking joke that restaurants like this think it’s ok to provide such repulsive food to paying customers. Maybe have a little care for the people keeping you in business and make decent food.

This place is magical as hell! The food is great, the customer service is amazeballs, and the pricing is incredibly fair. It is a well known fact that they have never made a mistake. Not even once. I dare you to prove me wrong, because you can't, and if you think you can, shut up. I'm going to eat nothing but Kneaders for the rest of my life, which is saying a lot since I also plan on never dying. I'd love to post a picture of my sandwich I got today, but I already ate it, so here is the next best thing: a picture of box it came in. Anyways, I digress. Would highly recommend, 90,000,000/10 stars. - Sir Pickles Billingham the Third (James for short)

Bulldog Provo's Kneaders is struggling. The employees weren't happy. I ordered a kids grilled cheese. They gave me a ham and cheese. I ordered a turkey bacon avocado salad. There is only 1 salad dressing vs 2 salad dressing at Riverwoods. The avocado was oxidized, black, and spotty. I waited 12 minutes at the window before an employee came to the window to take payment. It's sad and not as good as Kneaders in Riverwoods.

I used to absolutely love Kneaders.. we’ve been going for close to 15 years when the location in Yuma, AZ opened (that’s where I lived at the time) so we always would go when we got the chance here because their food seemed to be consistent. I still love their food… however I can’t justify their prices anymore. It’s always been a little on the pricey side, but a Turkey Bacon Avocado sandwich with chips & a drink is around $17 after tax… it’s over $20 if you get a pastry & a drink… that’s just too much…. for just my husband & I it comes out to just under $50 for 2 sandwiches, 2 fountain sodas, & 2 fruit tarts..

Simple style for breakfast and pastries. They have several options of croissants and bread. Coffee was not something special, but the food was good.

We had Kneaders cater for us and they were AMAZING! The food was delicious and ready right on time. Everything was neatly packed and they even helped us carry it out to the car. I was VERY impressed :) Look at how beautiful it looked when we put the food out 😍

The panini advertises as having spinach and there was only one leaf. I've never gotten more than 2 leaves. If I wanted no spinach I would have asked to leave off the spinach! Vegetables are cheap! They skimp with all vegetables at this location. This has happened every single time at this location. It wasn't a one time thing which means the management is telling the employees to skimp on vegetables.
