Shirley's Bakery & Cafe

Shirley's is a great local bakery. The sweet rolls are top notch. Soft, chewy, and tender bread topped with a generous amount of fluffy frosting. They are reasonably priced as well, about $1/ each for a large dinner roll sized bun. You can't go wrong with raspberry, orange, or cinnamon ... and go for the cream cheese frosting!

We have used Shirley's for years. We used them for the a wedding a year ago and were very impressed. Recently we bought packages of the 20 pack cinnamon rolls and even though they still tasted very good, some of the rolls were very small vs others. They were not true 20 packs. Also, don't rely on the prices online. They don't honor their prices listed on their website when you call in your order. As long as you are prepared to pay a lot more and get less then you will be happy. There are other options for cinnamon rolls out there that aren't so disappointing. One example is pictured below from breakfast.

Very friendly service and even better baked goods! Shirley's has some really large sweet roles that are absolutely delicious but very difficult to finish. There is always a good smell when you walk into the bakery!

Love Shirleys. Their sweet rolls are amazing. My favorite are the lemon and the raspberry sweet rolls. Such fun flavors and they are so soft and delicious. Their sandwiches and salads are also so good. We tried a breakfast sandwich which we really liked because it had great flavor and didn’t have an egg in it which is pretty unusual for a breakfast sandwich.

I LOVE Shirley’s! They have the best sweet rolls! My absolute favorite are the blueberry rolls with cream cheese frosting but I also love the cinnamon and raspberry. You really can’t go wrong with any of their desserts. Yum!

My experience here today was not spectacular. Shirley's has a great idea, but I wasn't That happy with my sandwich. Perhaps it was just the time of day. But, my experience was good enough to give this place a second chance.

I like that I didn't have to order breakfast at breakfast time. The resturant let us order lunch. I ordered Cali Club on white bread, BBQ chips and drink. I also bought a container of rolls that is half blueberry and other half lemon. Can't wait to try them. I love any type of pastries or breads. Will go back and bring daughters to try. I really like that Shirley's doesn't waste by using Styrofoam or cardboard for serving food. Just a smaller cookie sheet and parchment paper. Way to save the environment.

Food quality was good, but there were a few issues. A roll came with my soup- great! If you want butter it's 35 cents. Boxes for leftovers are 75 cents. There's no soda even though they have a fountain. No hot water for tea. Food service was slow, but friendly. Decor is really cute and it seems like that's where the money went

Amazing sweet rolls. Cinnamon rolls are just the start! Blueberry, orange, lemon, raspberry... All amazing. This is a great place to pick up some bread and rolls. I've eaten in the restaurant side a few times and always a treat. Anytime I'm in town visiting I stop by Shirley's.

Shirley's has got to be my favorite bakery. The white rolls are to die for!!! And their wheat rolls are even better than most rolls. They also have cinnamon and fruit rolls, all flavors which are also incredible. Staff is very nice to and accommodating. I can't say enough good! Everything I've had from Shirley's is mind-blowingly good!
