Einstein Bros. Bagels

Loved it! Employees were very nice! Food was delicious!

They had 6 to 7 workers taking care of an online order and I stood for 5 minutes waiting to be helped. One worker did say "hi" and then went back to work. This has happened at a couple of locations. I understand that online orders need to be done but where is the customer service for your face to face customer. I wanted 1 bagel so the order with 50 sandwiches is more money and more important.

I pickup bagels early in the morning for work meetings and these people are always on time. Of course they're the best bagels and the honey almond schmeer is amazing. We've also ordered the breakfast sandwich boxes and they're also delicious.

My Husband and I had and early morning date and decided to pick up some breakfast from Einstein Bagels in Provo! Everyone was so friendly! I didn't know what to get for my husband, who was waiting in the car, so Kevin gave me some suggestions! The husband was so pleased. 😄 Fast service, yummy breakfast, happy people! Perfect way start my work day!

This place is super yummy but when you walk in it feels very COVID-y. I really don’t get how they don’t have a drive thru but also don’t have seating inside, it’s like the worst of both worlds. After you order you just have to stand by the wall and it feels like I’m reliving my high school dance worst nightmares there. Please put seating in there the public needs it desperately.

Even though it was a change, removing the tables keeps the inside uncrowded, open, and clean - particularly when there is a line. Thanks Einstein Bagels Provo!

We were ignored for 10 minutes standing in front of the cash register and had to ask for someone to help us. They ended up serving other people before us even though we had been waiting and those people took the last of the bagels we were trying to order. The store was filthy and we found hair in our food. Not a pleasant experience at all. This place needs to be cleaned.

I used to go to this location every Friday and order their Nova Lox toasted, no onion. They could never get it right. It either wasn’t toasted, or there was onions on it. One Friday they made my order 3 times, the 3rd time it was wrong, I just gave up, and took it. I don’t go to this location anymore, I go to the one on University Parkway, near the Orem mall. They get my order correct.

The sandwiches were great!! There were no seats to sit at except 4 at a window that were already taken and there was a lor of room for a couple tables. It almost looked like there had been something wrong previously and the floors were filthy, even under the counter hadn't been cleaned in a long while? It looked like there wasn't enough help to get it all done in a regular days work?

Love this place! And the staff is friendly, and seem to enjoy their job. They are quick to help me carry my order to my car if I have a large purchase.
