The ambience is nice, I had two donuts, a glazed and chocolate with sprinkles. The donuts are tasty but sweet eating more than two would be excessive. I had a hot chocolate and although tasty, my hot chocolate was cold. It might be that machine had barely been turned, but it was disappointing.

I’ve been to multiple different Krispy Kreme’s and all I have had a similar experience. They have cool deals but run out of donuts every time I have gone, which doesn’t make sense for them to just run out. Not only is there the disappointment of not having donuts often times when talking to employees they are always in a bad mood and not wanting to help out. Krispy Kreme needs to do better for just being a donut shop.

Picked these up at 4:30… guess we missed the fresh light sign, 1 went in the trash the other bites went in the trash as well… Krispy cream time to pay better to get a better employee that cares, they should be embarrassed to send these out! Even worse we took a dozen to a friend.

Donuts were good but customer service was not. One girl didn’t seem to want to help us a whole 30 minutes before they closed. We showed up and she was already at the door with a key. She was also sure to let us know they were closed by 7:59. I get wanting to go home on a weeknight but there are better ways to treat your customers. Not impressed.

Donuts old. They looked and tasted that they were made days ago. And I've never experienced that at a Krispy Kreme. We have been there three times in the last few months and every time they were completely sold out. Bummed.

You've gotta be kidding!! When it comes to customer relations, the two employees this afternoon in the Logan Krispy Kreme "suck pond water," so to speak. Walked into Krispy Kreme and was told that the lobby was closed and I'd have to go around to the drive through. Uh...I just need a dozen regular glazed donuts. I'm standing right there. The lady insisted. So, I go outside, walk through the parking lot, get in the truck and go through the drive through. I ordered one dozen regular glazed donuts. The cashier hands me a box and mutters, "Have a good one."
Now, maybe I'm being simplistic, but when I order a dozen regular glazed donuts, I've never felt that I had to make sure they got my order straight by opening the box in front of the cashier. I trusted her. When I drove the 15 miles home and opened the box, there was a dozen assorted donuts....different flavors, different shapes, different frostings...frostings that I don't like!! And most weren't even fresh.
I called the store and explained what had happened. The woman on the other end of the line was rather abrupt and explained that they have donuts already boxed and that's the way they do it. She told me to "Bring 'em in and exchange 'em." I explained that I live 15 miles away. "So," she quipped, "Whaddya want me to do?" I told her to forget it. She obviously had more important things to do than to take care of an unsatisfied customer.
Well, I guess it just proves the old saying, "When you pay peanuts, you get monkeys!"

I went for the tax deal today and went to the lobby but it was closed. Apparently they close the lobby at 8 pm, but it was 7:30. Then I go through the drive through and they tell me that they are all out of donuts. They don’t close till 10 but somehow they don’t have donuts? I understand it was a busy day but you should expect it to be that way and prepare in advance. The employee was rude and did not care. So overall, Krispy Cream in Logan does not care for business and should not be your first place to go for donuts or at all.

Pulled up to the drive thru today and was asked to wait. Ended up waiting over 25 minutes due to "a large order that was a higher priority". What's the point of a drive thru if it's lower priority than the store? And with the car in front of me and behind me I couldn't just leave so I had no choice but to wait. Ended up not ordering and just leaving.

Here in town for a Dying Aunt brought kids to the "donut factory" to get them out of hospital, machine was broke but somehow they had donuts? probably shipped to store and not fresh. still paid full price to top it off staff was rude.

This store is never open, they never follow the times that they post on their website or their door so good luck guessing when they are actually open. They also never go by the hot and fresh times either. Pretty sure this location waters down their icing as it's never the classic crisp icing like Krispy Kreme is known for but always just wet mush on top. Pretty disappointed with this location and don't know how they are still around but I don't see them being around much longer unless they get their act together.
