Einstein Bros. Bagels

I went in this morning to get a bagel with smear and my son had a breakfast sandwich. His sandwich was so delicious. The store is clean. They had our food to us really quick. The girl working the cash register was the friendliest employee I’ve interacted with at this location. I was impressed. I’ll be back. 👍🏻

Forgotten how amazing yummy Einstein bagels and spreads are. Their dozen box is a perfect party gift.

Wrong order.
In my book, a wrong order deserves 1 star. I had asked for a pumpernickel bagel and received an ancient grain. Now I can see the mistake happening since the bangles are right next to each other on the shelf. But, we were the only ones being served at 8am. So no need to rush.
Customer service, was fair. The employees clearly did not want to be there.

My husband ordered a breakfast sandwich and loved it. His egg whites were cooked well and the flavors added value. Which is why this review has a 2 star rating.

The cinnamon fable has a huge disappointment. Like most sweet bagels the bater is mixed with the sweet ingredient. This bagel was only topes with cinnamon sugar

In total we purchased 5 different bagels. 4 out of the 5 did not add much value when compared to a Thomas bagel.

Clean space with fast service .
Some of the staff was rude.. really rude actually. Seemed to bothered that we came in . I'll just cross the street and bagles from smiths.

The turkey sausage breakfast bagel is delicious!! Love their bagels service is always fast and friendly.

I have been eating here forever. The manager is a great person! Not the best menu for diabetics, but as comfort food I give them an A+.

Einstein bros. Bagels are absolutely fantastic! They have plain bagels or bagels with different ingredients mixed in. They also serve some wonderful bagel sandwiches! A personal favorite of mine is the Nova Lox. They have coffee and other beverages to enjoy.

We went in to get the free breakfast sandwich for my wife’s birthday that is advertised on their website. It wasn’t showing up on the app and the employees and manager at this location were horrible. We first mentioned it and the cashier had no idea what we were talking about and wouldn’t do anything to find out about it. Then after we showed the deal to her on the website she was like oh um I don’t know what to do about that and went to ask her manager. We ended up giving the account number and scanning our app but without any success. The manager then came over and kind of got mad at us saying that if it’s not on the app then they won’t do anything. We just said fine and left. All the while, they didn’t even say Happy Birthday to my wife. Very very disappointed with this location.

The food and staff are amazing. My food always comes so quick, but if I had to wait...it would be SOOOO worth it. ❤️

So yummy! Freshly made bagels every morning. They toast it right there for you and can put yummy spreads on top. I got the Asiago bagel with onion/chive shmear. Sooooo delicious!!
