Caffe Ibis Gallery Café

I love stopping into Caffe Ibis when I come to Logan, Utah to visit my daughter and her family. They have an adorable Café and I love all the roast flavors especially the holiday ones. I bought a large Chemex coffee pot and carried on the airplane back home to Michigan.

Wonderful coffee shop!!! I was visiting Logan from Texas and made it a quest to scout out the local coffee shops. I found Cafe Ibis the day before leaving. Reggis was working that day and he gladly share his extensive knowledge of not only coffee roasting but the companies history in the community. He’s coworker, forgive me for not remembering her name but she’s in the picture, made a fantastic cortado coffee for me. Great place, great history, and most of all, great coffee. Taking three bags home with me to Texas!

Me and my mom often come here, we love everyone there and it's super welcoming. We often go in the morning before work/school and I always get a snack. I used to get the chocolate croissant and it was so good, and just recently I got the bear claw and it was delicious!! The coffee is the best in this town in my opinion. 100/10 would recommend

We went to Cafe Ibis today to deliver some goodies, to buy even more!Le Croissant makes THE BEST cheese danishes I have ever tasted i my life! We purchased regular and blueberry cheese danishes! This cafe is in Logan, go check it out! 10/10 recommendations from us!

It was a pleasure to stop here before heading back to SLC. Place was fairly busy, got recommended a few beans and got our order in a jiffy. Loved the ambiance and the history of the place.

Lovely friendly place with fabulous coffee in a casual welcoming setting. Huge unexpected bonus was the bakery inside that had the most amazing pain au chocolate. Seriously delicious treat to go with my coffee. Any day that starts with outstanding coffee paired with world class baked goods - especially a croissant - is bound to be a good day. Highly recommend!

Super friendly baristas very quick and accommodating for our large order. They were quick to prepare everything despite the busy rush!

Polite and interesting staff. Their brand of coffee is wonderful. Logan canyon is a favorite. We love their brand so much we had to search for a store that sold it near us.

I’m in town on work travel and this location was right up the street from where we’re staying. The baristas and front end people are incredibly knowledgeable and kind to people asking coffee questions. They also make a great drip and espresso coffee. If they’re serving the Rwanda Kinini on drip I’d highly recommend.

Great selection of different beans that are locally roasted. The roast of the day was Java and it was very good. A medium level roast (maybe full city) brought out fruity notes and was delightful. I also tried a double shot of espresso and it was very good - full bodied extraction and a hint of sweetness.
If you're in the neighborhood I would recommend you stop in for a cup!
