What did I do to deserve a random free ice blended coffee with an excellent flavor that I must apologize for forgetting what it was. I thought the employee, who walked all the way to my car window to take the order, was joking with me when she said "it's on the house".
Boy, they made the 200 miles drive back to Seattle at 8pm so fun and easy with the good caffeine and flavour in the drink. Definitely coming back. Who knows, I may get lucky again, if not, I sure will be glad to pay for it.

They are no longer open 24 hours. No signs explaining such. Multiple people came through waiting. Finally someone came and curtly informed us they were closed. The drinks are good though

Understandably so, it's a busy location, and lines can stretch into the road, which is a hassle at times. Of course this is not the fault of the establishment itself and employees do their best to keep the customers moving along while still providing good service. I've only gone later at night, so there wasn't much of a line. Last night, I ordered a drink for my partner and another drink for me, and both came out quick and perfectly. The baristas were friendly as well. I like stopping by here for some later coffee when I want to stay up later, way better than the other options that stay open late!

Website said open 24 hours dine in. Upon arrival at 530am discovered that they don't open their lobby till 8am. Very disappointed after the 3mile walk to get there.

The employee very rudely refused to take my order because I entered through the “wrong” entrance (the entrance where my Google maps led me to). She insisted I go around the entire block in order to service me even though there were no other cars in line, which was so over the top. I instead left and spent my money elsewhere.

Rebel was good. I am very appreciative of the staff and making drinks that suit the day and the mood on 07/01/21 I stopped and the young lady at the window 0400 hours time was really cool

There's 2 cars in front of me and I've been here for 20 minutes seriously what the hell I am never coming back here again this is the worst Dutch brothers experience I have ever had in my entire life the Dutch brothers in the small town of The Dalles gets a waiting line with like 20 to 30 cars and they Bang them out within like 10 minutes this is ridiculous . I am duly noting this to never come back to this Dutch brothers again I cannot believe a Portland Dutch brothers is this slow. Get your stuff together guys come on now.

We use to go to this location frequently due to the extremely friendly staff slowly the friendly employees are leaving and I can can only imagine for this is the same reason we don't go as much (poor management) April has had extremely poor customer service on more than a handful of times with us and often talks down to.employees and treats them like dirt, which should never happen especially in front of customers. The other manager Nate isn't much better.
