i love dutch but this is the worst location i’ve ever been to. i only go because it’s on my way to work, but i’d advise not to go here. the line backs up traffic and is super disorganized, cars will constantly cut in front of you and you have no room for there to be two lines. the drinks are always messed up and taste off. i have no had a drink for here that didn’t taste watered down or just off in some way. i have also been overcharged a couple of times and the workers are no help.

I was in my government vehicle with two other service members in uniform (this is important for later). There were two drive thru lanes. A truck pulled into the left and I into the right lane. I finished my order and was told to pull forward by the worker (the truck was not yet thru ordering). A worker in the other lane yells at me “Was this truck here before you?! So what made you think you can just cut in front of him?!” I replied that his coworker told me to pull forward. He made a gesture with his hand and said “have a good day” in a super condescending tone. I pulled up to the window and my supervisor immediately asked to talk to a manager. The worker did not know who the manager was for that day and could not provide a name for a manager so they got another worker who happened to be more experienced. She also could not give a manager’s name or a phone number to someone higher to file this complaint. He (my supervisor) explained our situation and she offered no apology or reason for this and claimed she could not provide the employee’s name, he had long dread locks, a light complexion and a pink sweatshirt on. The hostility seemed to be directed at us because we were military personnel. There’s no reasonable explanation for his outburst. At least I hope this company doesn’t encourage their employees to blow up at customers. The fact that none of the employees knew who their manager was (or were playing coy about it) is another huge red flag for this. I’m going to be obnoxious about this and request a response from corporate before I escalate my complaint. Just to add insult to injury, like many of the reviews on google for this location, the drinks were very diluted. I’m genuinely upset that I even spent money at this establishment.

Great joint! Great staff! Despite a line that extends to the street all day. You get through quickly & mistakes rarely happen. Top notch location that is apparent when the Starbucks a block down is half as busy at best. Keep it up guy's!

Drive thru lines are usually really long, and sometimes back up into the street. But once you get in line it's worth it. I'm not a coffee fan, but they have the best hot chocolate in the area. Starbucks hot chocolate is trash compared to Dutch brothers.
