I’m never coming back her again. This is by far the slowest Dutch bros I’ve been to. I feel like there’s only 1 person serving drinks while 5 others stand outside Holding up a full line sign it’s ridiculous. The line should move a lot faster especially in Portland.

Pulled up and was told line was full. But as the attendant said this, the line moved forward, leaving room for me. Attendant said it didn’t matter, because she’d already told me the line was full. She then advised that if I joined the line, she would advise the other attendants not to serve me. Good job Dutch. With one idiotic employee you have turned a loyal customer sour.

So, having a 24 hour Dutch Bros is great. Huge issue is the fact that there were only 2 people making drinks, 2 lanes that turn into only 1 which made for an hour wait in line for coffee. The service and coffee was still great though. Please get them more help at night especially on the weekends.

Got one of my coffees I normally get but this was a different Dutch Bros and they got it right and it was good quality. The person running the machine pulled the shots right and it had fantastic flavor.
