Closing early is one thing from weather, but the guy inside told me to wait in line with cars on freezing temperatures and I did just for them to cut me off and refuse service. Still serving other people after their “5 pm” close down who sat in warm cars. Horrible treatment for people wanting to buy products

We visited the Lloyd Dutch Bros location and it was busy (as usual). Since they've blocked the NE Lloyd Blvd entrance. It makes it difficult and extremely DANGEROUS to access their parking lot from the NE MLK Blvd entrance since it is located on the corner of a busy intersection and most often people are speeding through the light. Because of the way the employees guided people to/through the drive-thru line I nearly got rear-ended by another car trying to get into their parking lot because they were blocking the intersection and crosswalk.

Downtown location. Drive through is usually packed...be prepared to have to circle the block.

I’m a frequent dutch customer but this way my first time going to this location. We followed google maps’ directions to this location and apparently turned into the parking lot the incorrect way (the way maps told us to go) even though we could get into the line just fine and they weren’t busy at all (only 2-3 cars in line). It was dark and rainy and we didn’t realize we came the wrong way. They refused to serve us unless we left and BACK came in the correct way even after we had apologized once we realized we weren’t supposed to come in that way…super frustrating! My friend that was driving was already having a bad day and this made it even worse after I was trying to get her a drink to cheer her up!
