Dutch Bros Coffee

I prefer this over the other coffee franchises. Only complaint is the wait some days, but can understand because the drinks are good. Haven't tried many of their menu items but don't need to, the Kicker is it for me. The staff has always been nice at this location.

This team is Amazing they always make you have a better day yesterday I had a problem when I got to the window this was the team working about 12ish. The Employee that took my order was so awesome and understanding. Well they were all so amazing and genuinely sweet! From the person who takes your order to the person who hands you your drink. Thank you for making my week. It takes nothing to be kind! And dutch bros understands the Agenda!!! :D

A large size dutch bro drink you get way more liquid than a large Starbucks large. And it's always nice to be treated kind when ordering and not rushed. I love how friendly the employees are and think communication with people is extremly important. We're all on this planet together and the positive energy theses employees have rubs off on there costomers which can make your bad day turn into a good day, just from friendly conversation. Highly recommend. Very organized and clean , fast paced but not rushed. Never had a order incorrect, never had any issues with employees. Very professional and extremly friendly environment. And there drinks are soooo good! Use to get stomach aches with my Starbucks drink sometimes , never a issue with there drinks and you get alot more to drink. There is no drip coffee there. I don't see how you can call this a coffee shop without Brood gripped coffee??? The girl was real helpful in the window though and she was real honest

This location is a hit or miss, sometimes my order is “on point” and sometimes it’s just plain no good. I gave 4 stars for the times when i go that everything is delicious. Staff is always friendly no complaints there whatsoever.

So I like getting an iced coffee in at Dutch Bros and usually order it with "light ice" since I feel like the regular amount is too much. However, it seems like at least 2/3 times I get regular ice or even more than regular. I'll get a medium and the ice will be filled up to the top. I basically get a full cup of ice sometimes. Is there anything I'm supposed to say to be more specific about light ice? Every time this has happened to me I've never really told the barista since I didn't want to seem like a diva. But is there a good way to let the barista know in these sort of situations to get the drink redone with "light ice"? I just want what I paid for and that wasn't for a cup of ice.

Staff was very friendly sharing recommendations for iced coffee and must say it was quite delicious. Can't wait to try it again.

They spend to much time trying to have conversations 2nd when your in the the drive thru line, Nobody keeps track of who came in first because of the 2nd lane. That 2nd lane messes the whole line up and workers need to pay attention to who came in first.

My favorite part about this place are the old dudes who hold up the line in their oversized pickup trucks, while flirting with the employees that are half their age or possibly more. Great service and great selection. Definitely better than Starbucks.

Great Service and Enthusiastic workers! I get my large Kicker at least once a week. Drive thru is fast and on point!
