In most respects better than other brands. Long list of choices for the coffee enthusiast. Great coffee and great people running the show. Pretty quick too. I love the white chocolate mocha with extra shot of espresso.

I cannot say enough about Dutch Bros! They are so nice/sweet/caring/flattering the list goes on!!! I always get my coffee and banana bread all most every other day! Best place to come every time of the day! Gosh, I can go on and on about this amazing coffee place!

The customer service that I experienced while stopping in with my daughter was awful. After sitting in the 2nd lane for 10+ minutes I was approached by an employee denying my order and telling me to go to the beginning of the 1st lane. Her excuse was that she didn't have an extra person to bring me my drink.. she was very rude and disrespectful.

I guess it's funsy and all, but I really dislike not being able to order on my phone as I'm not always sure what I want without looking at ingredients. That's a lot of wasted time at the drive up. If I am in a hurry, Dutch Bros us definitely not where I'm going to be going.
I know there is an app with the menu, but getting everything squared away and just rolling up to grab a drink is the highlight of my drive to work...I like not having to make uncomfortable small talk with 16 year olds.

i have never had an issue with dutch until this location. they have messed up my order on multiple occasions and they sit and talk to their friends making paying customers wait.

Much like everyone else is the Willamette Valley, i love Dutch. The staff are funny, energetic, and very knowledgeable. The only downside to this location is that it is constantly busy. I don’t think I’ve seen this place without a line that flows into Wallace. Don’t go here if you are in a rush, or already late for work. Other than that, I love this Dutch Bros and I frequent very often.

Went through the West Salem Dutch this morning and was not having the best start to the day. The young lady that took my order asked how my day was an I told her it’s had better starts. I placed my order and she refused my card. I was very thankful for that. Seriously sometimes the littlest thing can mean so much to someone. Thank you for helping to turn the morning around. I have always had great service and drinks. The kids love the drinks and the employees always go out out their way to make them feel noticed. Another little thing that goes a long way. This location rocks. All the locations that I’ve been to do as well, but today West Salem took the cake. Thank you!

Coffee and snaks are delicious. The people do their best to strike up conversation and respond. But the traffic can really suck sometimes. The lines can be really long because it's a very popular Buisness. A small Buisness and people that are willing t work at all away from home are hard to find these days.
